Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Town of Amherst

By far the worst Tim Horton's in the area! Do NOT GO here. They can never get an order accurate. Today was the last straw. We ordered a dozen cookies that were supposed to be $9.99 and a small iced cap. What did we receive? 6 cookies and an ice cap with the top of the whip cream can in it. This top was not discovered until we drank it and it attached to the straw (EWW!) How many hands were on this top? We were charged 2.88 for each cookie should have been less and my cc was charged $27.91. To make it worse when we called the location the manager was gone and not one person could assist us. We were told that we would need to return tomorrow during her timeframe. We then attempted to reach the corporation Clark Holdings who owns this location and guess what there is nothing they can do we have to go see the manager tomorrow. In the past, we have ordered large drinks, received smalls, ordered breakfast sandwiches and they are cold and taste old like they have been sitting. This place was so cold you needed a winter jacket. I'm surprised they didn't have snow or ice in the building. Several customers in line complaining and one gentleman said he has asked them several times to look at the temperature control as the store is only 55 degrees inside. Took almost 10 minutes just to place an order. You get your order and obviously they don't know what triple - triple means as I had gotten some chocolate flavored crap. Ordered a breakfast sandwich told them sausage egg I get sausage cheese. What a joke. Got our money back and We went down the street to a different location. I was in and out of the other location in less than 5 minutes and my order was exactly how I placed it. I would not recommend anyone to this location unless you want to freeze, have a lot of time to stand around while the cashier stares at the buttons on the register completely clueless to what button she needs to push Oh and not to mention Paying for something you didn't order just to stand around for more time in order for them to...

So every time I go there the drive thru is not quick at all. One of the girls that takes the order sounds like she has a nasty attitude in her tone and my steak faquita is ALWAYS different! I have a half hr break so if its not right I dont have time to go back thru i just pick what ive requested to not be on it OFF and one time they put mayo on it instead of chipotle. Like wth? It was alright but not what i paid almost $7 for!!! The girl obviously wasn't paying attention to my request. The other day my steak panini had a gallon of mayo on it and the steak had one layer that covered half of the sandwich bread. If it wasn't right across the st from my job i would go to diff one. But theres no time for that! Ughhhh!!!...
