Pontillo's — Restaurant in Town of Arcadia

Weather was bad so they wouldn't deliver to my address so I went and picked it up close to closing time . I ordered a pizza which was dry and 2 orders of wings one was boneless garlic one bone in hot when I received my order both orders were the same and neither one was hot or garlic it was close to close time whe I picked up the order so I didn't complain that night and when I called the next day the person on the phone was completely unhelpful said I should have called the night before I said I had the resept they said they didn't know what I wanted them to do about it. A bit rude.. will never order...

My wife has been going here for over 30 years. I swung in yesterday afternoon to get the same order we get about once a month, a dozen mild extra crispy wings and a med pepperoni pizza.

They put a garlic butter sauce on the wings so my wife called and took them back to exchange them for mild buffalo. The manager took the wings from her, washed them off, put the right sauce on, and handed them back saying they were new wings. They were soggy and tasted awful, we're done with this establishment.

Everyone makes mistakes, it was the failure to fix it and lying about it that was completely...

Never ever eat at this place !!! It is a rip off the web site you are reading this review on is "a fake website" at least thats what i was told by a very rude lady on the phone when i tired to order my food.they charged me 12.95 for a medium pizza when it clearly says 9.95 when i asked why the price change i was told that this website is fake and that if i typed in another special website the real prices would be on that website.it all sounded like a bait and switch im sure most ppl just dont notice the difference or are to hungry to care but it is...
