The soft serve is the best I've ever had; very smooth and creamy, and also very reasonably priced. This location was begging to be an ice cream shop- right next to the playground! Parking was easy, there's a small parking lot and plenty of on-street parking is available also. There's seating available inside in the air conditioning or there is a really nice outdoor seating area overlooking the playground. There are also views of the river right across the street. I grew up having Happy Clown when it was in Bells Pond and was so excited to see they were coming to be almost literally next door to me. It was amazing then and remains amazing now. They have the absolute best icecream in the immediate, and surrounding area. I cannot recommend giving them a try enough. Super friendly people, very reasonable prices and great portions. Nice local people who care about their customers. Indoor Air conditioned comfort,outside shady seating, with the playground right next door.Very cool spot to bring the children.
