Today is the 3rd time I ordered from dunkins through door dash. 2/3 times they messed up my order and they didn’t do anything about it. Last time I ordered 2 coffees, one hot and one iced (both completely different.) They sent me 2 iced coffees, one of which had the same ingredients I set for my hot coffee but in an iced coffee (tasted gross). I contacted door dash and was told dunkins wouldn’t do anything about it. Door dash refunded me in door dash credits for 1 coffee and free delivery (but with door dash, there’s an $8.99 fee if you order too cheap so that didn’t help.) I was never gonna order dunkins again unless actually going there in person. So I made the mistake of using door dash to order dunkins again. This time I ordered 2 large strawberry dragon fruit refreshers with green tea (which I’ve gotten a couple times in person recently through drive thru) and both drinks were under filled, 2 completely different colors (ones bright pink and other is dark tea color) the bright pink was too sour and the dark one taste like watered down iced tea.... the drinks costed $6.38 for both and both were supposed to be exactly the same drink. The donuts were fine even though the “jelly filled” had no jelly. Once again, door dash gave me door dash credits and dunkins did absolutely nothing. I’m starting to think they mess these drinks up on purpose because they know you can’t tell them to fix it immediately like you can through a drive thru window and nothing will be done about it.    Read moreIt only takes one bad experience to leave a bad review- and here it is. I placed a Dunkin Pickup order for this morning for walk-in because my vehicle is over the drive thru height limit. I get to the store to findout they closed the in-store section (no sign, no nothing stating this) and locked the doors and were doing drive thru only. I knocked several times. The employees just stared at me from behind the counter. I called the main store number several times. No answer. I ended up leaving blistering angry and to top it off I have to wait 2-3 business days to hear back from a corporate customer service team. I went through the drive thru made my order quick of a grilled cheese, hash browns and a small black coffee. I didn't even have a chance to review the screen when it was cleared. I drove up and watched a girl at the drive thru standing there drawing circles with a pen while another girl ran around getting orders together. She finally took my card and a minute or two later I got my order. At the stop light I grabbed a hash brown, it was cold. I went to take a sip of my coffee, but it was hot chocolate.
