My cousin and I stopped by last Saturday night.We sat at a table, in hopes of being greeted with a menu and asked about drink options. We sat for about 15 minutes, as we watched a basketball game that was playing on the screen. The bartender/waiter walked by us a minimum of 4 times as we just sat. Not one time did she acknowledge us. At that point, I was quickly able to tell that the customer service was horrible. I was a little disappointed because I really wanted to give this place a chance. Only been to this establishment 4x when ordered to go on Wednesday the fish was good the lemon pepperwings were salty and luke warm. The next two times I sat in and had drinks the waitress was very nice drinks were good. The last time Saturday night I asked for a special order of wings (majority flats to be exact) and I let the waitress know if it couldn't be done it was fine. During prior visits the service was good however last night, Sept 19 2020, the service was POOR for me and my two friends. It took an hour for the appetizers to arrive and the entrees arrived 1 min later. We specifically stated we would like our apps before our entrees. The waitress never came back to ask if we needed anything and when asked to please get us water she brought 1, not 3. I asked for 2 more waters and only got 1 more, never received the 3rd.
