I wish i could give this no stars. I was here for dinner i was waiting for order that i had placed at the drive thru. As i was waiting for my food the car in front of me was handed their order... after 2 minutues the employee came back and the customer had told them that the order was wrong... after that they employee did NOT take the food back from the car in front of me after about 10 minutes the employee came back with the right order for the customer.. the customet then gave back the bag to the employee and then the employee reached into the bag and handed them something out of the bag, the employee then put that bag down where the drive thru window is and when i drove up THE EMPLOYEE TRIED TO HAND ME THAT BAG AFTER IT WAS IN SOMEONE ELSE CAR FOR 10 MINUTES, i said something to the employee to please not give me that food because it had been in someone elses hands, she then got annoyed and told me it was fresh and i explained what i saw happen. I asked her again to please make me a fresh bucket. She slammed the bag down by the drive thru window shut the window in my face and grabbed the bag and tried to hand it to me AGAIN i then told her no thank you if its such a problem making anoter bucket then to just give me my money back. She walked away and the manager came over and said ITS FRESH i said no i saw excatly what happened please give mr my money back. And they did. i cant believe what i experienced. The staff was trying to make me seek crazy when i saw and my daughter saw with my own 2 eyes. Normally i am not one to complain but with covid and the safety measures that should be in pleace , this resturant is not following them. I have always been a fan of Popeyes and at one point in time was absolutely addicted to their shrimp po-boy sandwiches. But my sister got me completely HOOKED on their chicken sandwiches. The sandwiches you can get with spicy sauce or regular(both are good but I like the regular a bit better). It's quite simple but so delicious. Its not like other fast food chicken sandwiches that are small, and have more breading than chicken(which is usually dry). The sandwich is HUGE and the chicken is SO moist and the sauce is so freaking good. It comes with pickles which I like to take off a eat first and then I also add some BBQ sauce to the sandwich and I am good to go(I absolutely LOVE bbq sauce that's why I add it but trust me the original or spicy sandwiches dont need anything extra they are perfect as is). Also you can't go wrong with their cajun fries which are usually gone before I even walk through my front door. Both my sister and I are also obsessed with their biscuits. Sometimes I will switch it up and get mashed potatoes instead of fries. Anyway definitely worth a trip to popeyes for their classic or spicy chicken sandwich; for 3.99 you can't go wrong(I'm telling you it's huge and filling on its own but I just cant resist those Cajun...

If I could give this place a zero I would.. I waited on the drive thru line for about 30 mins and when I finally got to the window i saw the drive thru employee give the customer in front of me my order. The customer looked inside of all the boxes and realized it wasn't her food and handed it back to the employee OPEN! .. when I got to the window I was handed that same bag that the customer in front of me had opened . When I confronted the two employees at the window, they looked at each other and offered me to make the food again .. I asked for a manager and was told that he was unavailable.. I went inside and finally got hold of the manager named mohamud, but he gave me a little attitude and asked me if I wanted new food ... my answer was absolutely NOT... if I can t trust you to give me fresh food the first time, what makes you think I will trust you the second time! ... this place is very disgusting.. who knows what else happens to the chicken before it actually makes it to the customer .
