The absolute must stop for small town or fall vibes!! They have the hands down best apple cider donuts around + year round too!!! With apples and cider in the fall. WAY better donuts than Lakeside Farms which is across town. They have so many cute nicknacks and gifts that you’ll unexpectedly find you want something here. Candles, kitchen decor, mugs, jewelry, scarves, pillows and blankets, seasonal decor, things for your garden, kids section and so much more in this cute tiny place!! They have such delicious baked goods like breads, pies and muffins. I love how they have local food and honey as well. They also surprisingly have a great card section. Their cards are so unique and perfect! And they recently opened up a lunch spot as well here. The people are always so helpful and compassionate as it’s been in Burnt Hills for so long. Although they do have a lot of stuff it is very organized. Some things are expensive while other things are great low prices. It’s worth the stop here if you’re looking for a gift or something seasonal, you won’t be disappointed! They also always have things on sale! Love it!

Been looking for a good bakery nearby on my trip home, and I've found a few, but I never tried Fo'Castle until today. Stepping inside it was like they carved off the country store half of a Cracker Barrel, it smells like Grandma's house inside, there's a bunch of random knick knacks for sale, but what they do better is also have a section for some baked goods. I ended up grabbing a bag of Cider Doughnuts, a carton of Lemon Bars, and a package of Raspberry Almond Cookies. The best being the Almond cookies, they were so delicious. I love how they smell like cherries, and taste perfectly sweet to counter the tart raspberry center. The Lemon Bars were very unique, with a cake like crust but having the flavor of graham cracker and the lemon topping was gel like and very thin compared to the bottom half. Sadly the doughnuts were not very moist and rather bland, but for a sugar doughnut they did the job, but not a cider doughnut. Oh, and before I forget, the girls working the shop were super cute and friendly.

I am so excited that Katie and her lovely sister have taken over the restaurant here inside Fo'Castle Farms wonderful shop!!! I recommend the Italian sausage soup and her meatballs are fantastic ... and made there with a great Italian sauce! I also loved the ham and cheese quiche 😁!! The crust was so flaky and delish!!! Dessert 💕💞💕OMG was cheesecake and tastes like old time Fo'Castle cheesecake. Personal service with care and a fun and sunny place to be ALL afternoon!!!! I hope you don't miss this place.

Truly the BEST APPLE CIDER DONUTS anywhere around. For you that dont know just through those doors, your going to find a BEAUTIFUL array of HEART WARMING gift giving ideas, but yet the BIGGEST SURPRISE is yet to come. Through another door your going to find the MOST AMAZING little hideaway GEM of an ITALIAN RESTAURANT STELLA'S PASTA BAR & BAKERY. After experiencing a dinning night out at this local favorite of ours...you'll never ever ever go anywhere else. Friendly service, quant atmosphere, superb menu, and the FOOD will leave you TALKING about it to ALL YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY. Pasta sauces people just dream about making, but not succeeding, in house MADE FRESH TAGLIATELLE, APPITIZERS you'll want to order everyone on the menu, decent wines and the GRAND FINALE is their desserts our favorite is the APPLE TURNOVER...but I warn you you may want to pre order one when making your reservations to avoid the disappointment when your server tells you I'm sorry we ran out, in all reality that will happen. So what are you waiting for STOP reading this very long critique and get yourselves down there and have a LASTING experience for yourselves.

Open Tuesday thru...

This is such a charming farm country store in Burnt Hills. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, but the selection of items makes it well worth the visit. While here, I was able to satisfy multiple impulses at once. I was able to find some delicious almong cookies with raspberry jam, maple cream, honey almond handsoap, and several candles that smell absolutely AMAZING.

What I like aside from the great variety of items that they sell is the QUALITY. If you have a tendency to grasp as Shiney objects, you'll find quite a few here. But I can assure you that you most definitely get what you pay for. Their baked goods are unlike anything I've purchased at a country store before, and they have certainly gained my future patronage as a result.

The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome, which was a surprise being a NYC native, where everyone is on guard. I think it would take several visits for me to truly take in all this place has to offer, but I endeavor to try! It's definitely worth the visit and...
