Lunch Thyme At FO' CASTLE FARMS — Restaurant in Town of Ballston

I had an incredible experience here. The room where you're seated is comfortable and offers enough space for everyone to feel like they're in their own bubble. The menu is simple, but that is to their credit. The attention to detail found in their food offerings make it where you don't need a lot of options to find something satisfying, EVERYTHING is delicious.

I had the tomato soup to start, which was FANTASTIC. The roasted peppers added to the soup were a great touch and really brought it all together. I also had the mozzarella sandwich, which was absolutely incredible. The bread was so soft and fresh, and the sandwich was like a curated piece of art.

This was my first time here, but most certainly won't be my last. The service, the quality of the ingredients, the portions, and the price are all reasons why I'm giving them a 5/5, and I'm looking forward to the next time...
