Pizza D — Restaurant in Town of Bath

Was always our favorite pizza place, but since new owners took over it has gone downhill. Last 3 times: The pizza was overcooked on the bottom, dark brown, edible but not tasty. Next: pizza was undercooked, ended up putting in oven at home to finish cooking. Then: Calzone was completely white on top, not baked. Brown on bottom so I suspect the oven is failing. Calzone was sloppily made, cheese filling was pouring out, causing it to stick to the foil and very, very, little broccoli, no pieces only the flower buds.Again finished baking in home oven. Or something wrong with dough. But the staff are excellent every time, delivery is quick and all of the staff are pleasant. Finally, the prices listed online menu were way less than price charged. The Calzone price listed was 7.25 supposedly including 1 filling, and the Chef salad was 5.50. Even with an extra charge for broccoli as the 1 filling, that shouldn’t add up to 22.98, plus a .91 service fee, ? don’t know what that was for. Then 2.50 delivery fee??.I assume included in the 22.98. Total 23.98 plus tip. If prices have been increased that much online menu prices need to be updated. Probably will be looking for new...

I use to like going here up until recently... They don't use gloves for starters after touching other things... there should be folks allergic to things while others aren't... they don't wear hair nets which is not okay with me hair can easily make it's way to my food.. my food was not ready when I got there and then it was a bit burnt wasn't happy but was already annoyed by this business so I didn't throw a huge fuss like I wanted to... didn't even bother eating it went else where .. will never ever get my business again that's for sure.. there aren't many places to eat in bath but this one is on the list of...

This is the second time I have been in this place while it's been under new ownership and both times I have ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and a cold drink and both times that I visited they tossed slices back in oven to warm them up and both times they still served me cold freaking pizza so thats the last time I spend my money in this place!!
