Always have all my scripts ready quickly after ordered day. Friendly, answer my questions that ask,so that I can understand. Excellent service and patient with me and seen with other customers. Changed from a pharmacy to Tops. First pharmacy quite frequently, waiting in line, when told b4 my scripts were ready and will be 5mins wait. I've had have waited up to 45-1hr. Then times they said they were ready, getting there some were almost ready, some were, and that's when I waited above time. Times they didn't have some of my meds,and had to wait up to a week sometimes when ordered and would wait til they delivered, due to they'd run out of some of meds quite frequently, which some of them I HAD TO TAKE EVERY DAY. One's can't stop taking or experience with withdrawals. So that's when I came to Tops pharmacy. All what was that I said all above,Tops pharmacy has never been above and that is an explanation of above that never has been, never, been since I changed to Tops. Very, very satisfied with service and how good they are and really take time with me, customer, when need my questions answered, with respect, friendly,and very great service. Best pharmacy since moved here from Maine to N.Y.. Will continue with Tops and will not change! I just wished they would include delivery service to home. Read moreI'm going to say 4 from an unbiased perspective - However, for me coming from Buffalo, I have to say this store is more a 3. Maybe I am spoiled for the variety of products I have always had but now I have to go to 3 stores to get my whole list. It has taken some adjusting. Produce is hit or miss, not always the location fault but sometimes it is ordering wrong amounts. The deli people are all very kind and prompt. Bakery looks and smells good but I don't really shop there. Butcher guy, though very nice, wish he wouldn't touch my child. Dairy, I find expired items (or eggs with 2 days left grrr) Always things out of stock over there. Customer service was nice both times, self checkout works for me, store pretty clean. PLEASE figure out what to do with the carts. There are so many and it causes congestion at the door, especially with my arms full of reusable bags, purse and squirmy toddler. Maybe you can build an outdoor cart storage where my daughter catches all the secondhand smoke...
Read moreI was checking out and a front end manager named Tiffany came up to the cashier behind me and proceeded to yell at the cashier about something that had happened before I came in line. The cashier Jessica Robards whom waited on me was totally embarrassed she kept saying oh my god I can't believe she's yelling at her. I felt sorry for both cashiers. It is not proper to reprimand someone in front of customers or other employees. I spoke to the girl at self checkout and asked her who the manger on duty was and she said Bill. I told her what I just experienced and she said Bill told Tiffany to speak to the cashier as soon as she didn't have a customer. I said that would be fine if she would have had her close her aisle and took her into one of the many offices in the front end of the store and not done it in front of us.
