Just moved back into the area. I went to this location to enjoy a nice sandwich several days ago, while I took notes on the job hunting I did that day. The lady there was super nice.
However today, I went back to that location after walking around all morning to complete several job interviews, making sure it wasn't crowded there thinking I could escape from the heat and go over my notes.. I was sharply dressed in business attire in a corner,quiet, peaceful all by myself and it was very slow and not crowded at all there. Sooo many empty seats.
After 25 minutes of composing myself from a stressful day, AND about to order a meal. The older male employee was very rude and kicked me out for not ordering anything. I calmly apologized, explained my situation, and was gathering my things to go. I lost my appetite and respect for that location as soon as I heard "Can I help you?!" in such a rude manner. And I was still getting yelled at with such attitude on my way out. I was calm and respectful the entire time !
Had he approached me in a friendly, professional manner as he should've done, I would've happily comply, been a regular customer, and bring my professional colleagues there too. Never in my professional years at any establishment was I treated in such a lowly rude way..

Read morePlace an order at 12:50 was supposed to be done by 1:15 PM order was still being made was done until 123 walked in there. He said that he was preparing the order so I said OK that’s fine as he was making the order I noticed that the subs were very sloppy messy. He didn’t even put the knife in there so that it was even down and it was just a big it’s just a big sloppy mess and he was very rude. I asked him if he could remove some of the stuff and he continue to just wrap the subs and said, do you see that I have a whole bunch of customers I can’t do anything about it basically and continue to wrap the subs as they are a mess. I dont usually make bad reviews but if you do not want a job dont get one and definiteltly do not take it out on the customers! I paid for a sub that when i got home i refused to eat although i watched you make it and repeated what i wanted on it 5 times very nicely you atill managed to make a sub that i shoukd have not even taken out of the store.
