I was in Elmira, NY this weekend visiting my sister, and we decided to go to Tag's for a few drinks and we were then going to go through some of the Tagsylvania haunted houses. Being 22 years old, I had no problem with them asking me for my ID when we went up to the bar. The EXTREMELY rude bartender then stated that my ID looked "nothing like" me and asked for another form of identification which I gladly provided despite her observation being absolutely ridiculous. After providing her with other forms of identification, she stated that she would not serve me because my PA license had the words "under 21 until" on it which is something that all PA driver's licenses state until three years after one's 21st birthday when the driver's license expires. This would mean that Tag's would refuse to serve myself and other PA licensees until the age of 24 which is absolutely absurd. The rude bartender stated that this was "New York law", which is untrue because I had been gladly served at a respected concert venue earlier in the day with no problem along with several other restaurants throughout the weekend. The bartender refused to show me any documentation of this rule or so-called "law" and asked myself and my sister to leave. Until Tag's is able to effectively educate its staff on how to interpret out-of-state licenses without being rude and condescending, myself and my sister will not be returning to Tag's and will strongly advise others to do the same. I have not been treated with such disrespect at any sort of restaurant or venue in a long time. Very...

Went to the concert warrant, ratt, kix,and firehouse September 21st. It was quite possibly the worst experience I've ever encountered. To start things off we ordered food and the attendants gave us the wrong tickets so we had to run back and forth between tents to straighten it out. We ordered speciality hot dogs fries and 2 drinks. Cost 30.00. When we went to get them they told us you have the wrong color tickets you have to go get a green one. So back we went. The attendants then tell us its 4 dollars more. Now the grand total was 34.00. We made our way back to the hotdog tent. Ordered our food and sat down to eat. The first thing I noticed was the roll was old and stale. But I'm hungry so I continue to eat it anyway. About half way through I set it down and notice the bottom is covered in mold. Now come on.. for 7plus dollars per speciality hotdog you should have fresh dang bread. Then I notice a bug crawling under it. I lost it at that point. We then went to buy drink tickets and were informed that drinks were 9 dollars for 1 shot. Now I knew it would be expensive there it always is, but half there drinks were gone already. This is the beginning of the concert. So 9 bucks for like 3 choices. That sucked. A big fight broke out, there just wasnt good energy for the evening. The bands themselves were decent but tags definitely dropped the ball on that one. I probably...

First time we went to Tag's everything was great!! Service awesome, food hot and delicious. Decided to drive down today (45 minute drive) 2 people at the bar. Around 4 tables eating. We had to wait to order. Played lottery had a drink so no big deal. Waited 45 minutes for our sandwiches. Ordered fries to. Well my panini was made wrong so we had to wait longer for a new sandwich. Fries weren't delivered, were told someone else took them. Ordered another order of fries. Never received them. Forgot our mayo we ordered for burger. Had to go find another server to get it. Had to ask for napkins, salt, pepper and ketchup for the fries we never received. No silverware to use in mayo to put on burger so we used a straw to spread it. Very poor service today. Also burger was so dry and small it didn't even fit the bun. Asked if we wanted lettuce. Tomatoes and onion for burger then was charged $1.49 extra, never told about the extra charge. Lettuce all brown and wilted from sitting under heat lamp waiting for our other sandwich to be remade. Then we were told we weren't charged for the fries that she thought someone else brought us. Never apologized or came around us much. We are pretty easy going people but to pay $51.97 for that kind of service and food no thank you.not sure if we will...

Worst place to see a concert, first they sold me a ticket for 130 dollars called a pit ticket i was told it was standing room only, i finally find the pit, which apparently everyone who works there does not know where or what the pit is,i am standing in a sea of chairs on a little side walk and security says i got to find a seat and get in it or go, tried to show him my ticket and he says your general admission, he couldnt even read the ticket i said how am i here then with a wrist band he says he dosent care i got to go, so for almost 300 i got to watch t keith from the lawn in the parking lot, worst venue i have been to in a while first and last time there, they boast alot of stuff on there website about its a great venue, you have to get tickets for beer and food and its very exspensive, amongst a host of other stuff to much to write, i has a bad experience so i do not recommend it! Bartender in the restaueant was very very nice and quick with drinks!!

Went to celebrate my friend’s birthday here. We originally sat outside on the top deck. It was really nice and decorated cute, however it started to rain. We went inside and it was very congested with how the tables were setup. I wouldn’t recommend bringing more than 4 people at a time, unless you call to reserve the one larger table they have in the back. The restaurant isn’t that big, but it was constantly busy. The food was okay, my panini was dry but I still ate it. Their fries were really good. Our server was extremely nice and professional. Shout out to her, sorry I don’t remember her name! I would come back to try more food, and to have the experience of sitting outside.

Grew up in this area and the food here used to be incredible. The last two years we have came back to visit the food has gone right down hill. The wings were way over cooked and had no sauce on them, the boneless wings were way overcooked and chewy, we actually had to send them back and get something else. I forgot what sandwich I got, but again way over cooked and barley ate half. Apps were the best part. Tags is a great place for drinks now I guess but won’t be coming back here for food unfortunately
