Ummmm yeah one and done for me . 2- chicken Parm "dinners" with spaghetti 50bk?..okay fine we are eating out .. but nah ... This was horrendous while your trying to eat ....you got to fight off the gnats and flys .. I'm trying to have a conversation with my boyfriend and I'm fighting the gnats off... We moved (2 diff yes 2 ...diff tables ) they followed us ( gnats/ flys)..then really noticed...like They're coming out of the bread..i move the bread but they just were so many at that point 5-10 like sugar gnats or yeast gnats something cuz the bread was so yeasty I needed some vagisil .. anywho.. .I go to the bathroom.. my boyfriend grabs our dinners.. I come back ..I guess he wasn't guarding my food good enough and 2 gnat things in my pasta I was so fkin annoyed (I just went through this at another place we were eating at 2 wks ago ) I just tried just eat the chicken.. since it was on a separate plate but I couldn't I was getting so annoyed between trying to smack the gnats out my face and his ..we walked out ... And I feel like for $50... For "two dinners" I shouldn't have to be fighting off bugs.. more dust bunnies flying from the sky ...just wondering why you'd be changing 4- light bulbs at 5pm (on a sat) u ppl messin w your dusty ass light fixtures above ppl heads ... You have eyes you can see we are eating right there below... as I'm watching the dust fly off the The light fixture ..flying around above my head as I'm eating my soup.. Worst experience ever!!! It was our second time there, the first time we was so pleaseful but the second time was horrible. First I place my order over the counter a told to the girl that I wants a PAN PEPPERONI pizza and one slice of PAN PENNE A ALLA VODKA, With another things.... we took the order and for our sorprise when we was in home the pepperoni pizza was thin and the penne a alla vodka too. My family doesn't like the thin pizza so I called and I let them know the mistake "the girl" said: you didn't say anything about pan pizza and I said to her: yes I did. So basically she said: if you want the other pie you have to pay the difference and wait for 30 min. I said: not problem I'll be there in 30 min. We I went back to the restaurant I brought with me the wrong pie and for my surprise they took the pie and put him back to the kitche!! First question: they ignore the health of department regulations??? YOU NEVER EVER SHOULD PUT BACK FOOD IN THE KICHEN IF THE FOOD ALREADY WAS IN THE HANDS OF THE CUSTOMER. Them they make me wait more time to received my correct order. At the moment that they gave me my correct order they never said: "i'm sorry" this is sad and is a very bad experiencied I defnetely not recomend this place. I’m a DoorDash driver, customer placed the order at 5:51PM. I arrived at the pizza shop at 6pm on the dot, was then made to wait a full 1 hour and 7 minutes till I got his order. He ONLY ordered a Homemade Lasagna. If an order is not ready and will take a long time, please don’t say “The order will only take a few more minutes.” When a person gets there. It DRASTICALLY changes if they will wait for the order or not. I got paid $6.25 to wait 1 hour and 7 minutes for some lasagna, then drove 13 minutes to drop it off. What a great $/H pace. As I sat there I watched how nearly every employee sat on their phones (mostly when no customers were near), they would have open container drinks that they were actively drinking from around food that would be served, and they would grab the pizzas at the front counter on display with their bare hands to move them to different trays. I don’t know this store’s policy on money handling, but in most place to my knowledge, you cannot handle money then handle food without washing your hands, especially without any proper protection on your hands. And to top it off, when I finally got the food, I told them how long I had waited for the order. I didn’t get a sorry, a my bad, or any form of apology. Only a simple, “oh.” Great Pizza Parlor!
