Got a cookie dough milkshake made with hard ice cream. Tasted it and it was complete thin liquid that tasted like milk. When I called to complain the lady on the phone told me maybe her boss will change the ingredients and that it’s the way it’s made. I went into this carvel thinking I could ask for a milkshake but I would not have asked if I knew that if i would walk into the carvel that the Asian scooper would throw ice cream at my kids. i know they were crying a lot but this was unreal and ridiculous.
