Citarelli's Gourmet Deli — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I can’t stand stand how RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and UNPLEASANT the Hispanic lady at the back counter that takes the orders and cooks the food is. Every single time!! They really need to hire someone new and get rid of her. I go here often but only because it’s the closest deli to my house. But after today’s run in, I’m done. I ordered 1 large half ice tea / lemonade, and my daughter just wanted an ice water, but the lady told me, “we DONT HAVE WATER, I can only give u the cup with ice, and you’ll just have to buy a bottled water and pour it in”. Who says that?!?! It doesn’t even make sense, how do you not have water?!? You just gave me ice, so there’s gotta be running water somewhere here!!! How could there be no water in the place?!?..... does that mean you don’t wash your hands or clean the dishes too??!?? I had no problem paying for the cup, with the water and ice in it, but now I just paid for the cup, and a 3 dollar bottle of water. It was just so RIDICULOUS. Well the only reason I stop going in there is because they were charging way too much for certain things here everyone for example one day I got a salad from them with ham and cheese and got charge $4.99 for the first day until they keep on changing their prices on their salad where I got charge different prices almost everyday with the same thing everytime in their salad which is ridiculous here everyone in fact everyone has the right to go some place else if their service is not good here if they want to which is called a freedom of speech here however u can force people to come to your place if your service is not good here is what I'm saying. I had bad experience from them before where I got rotten home fries here with my breakfast sandwich along with that their coffee is burn and water down here that is why I stop going to them for breakfast and coffee here. I just moved here from Idaho and was just checking the place out and really wasn't planning on buying anything. Then we spoke to the owner who was one of the coolest guys I've met in my life told me he would make me the best sub of my life, and he was not shy of that one bit. This place was awesome and so was all the customer service. Not only was this the best sandwich I've ever ate but it is the hands down best customer service I have received on Long Island.
