Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Wow is all I have to say ...do not go to this location is what I suggest...staff doesn't speak good English or understand it for that matter.....went here to have a quick breakfast and after going through a language barrier (i.e having to switch to Spanish).I asked to use restroom I was told it was out of order yet a staff member entered and used the same restroom not 5 minutes later....not a good idea to employ staff who feel like the paying customer doesn't matter and restrooms are only for their use. Further more why offer a dine in option if this is the case????? I'm confused...had to walk the 10 minutes back to my shop....I don't plan to ever patronize another Dunkin Donuts after this...

Three stars for the staff and their consistent friendliness. Another star for convenience. I do admit that my order is incorrect at times but I never have an issue getting is corrected when I ask. Most times the staff already knows my order and the service is quick. I don't see the dirtiness that others mention but maybe I haven't been paying close enough attention. One thing I can say for this location is that there isn't a huge turnover with staff. Since working next door the past couple years, I have seen the same staff there for the most part and always a smile on their face. I have learned to double check my order in my bag before leaving but other than that, always a good...

Manager seems to not treat people with respect and was very rude. I slipped on ice with hands full but did not fall in my way out of the store. So I went back in and said " hey it's slippery out there, I almost fell, you should put some salt on the walks. They are really slippery. " She did not even acknowlege me nor look at me , she giggled as she was looking at the register and proceeded to ignore me, I was being kind. So I said "you'll be lucky if some one doesnt get hurt and pursue possible lawsuit." So i went home. But my boyfriend an i go there every day purchasing more than $15.00 per day! Very rude. Other...
