Lin's Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Ordered online $50 worth of food, I get to the restaurant and the girl at the counter argued with me for 45 mins-1 hour about not having that order. I proceeded to show her the statement of the money taken from my bank and even told her my order. She kept saying no and argued with me the whole time with a smirk on her face. She ended up continuing to say to call the bank and dispute it. After a while I had just left and went back home to where I live 30 minutes out. I receive a call from the restaurant that my order is ready to be picked up. I said um you just argued with me that you didn’t have that order? Girl gets quiet and says “ohhhh well we have the order.” I hung up on that stupidity.

I’ve been going to this place for about 15 years now but after this experience I won’t be back. How dare you treat customers this way? I still never received my money back and...

This place used to be the best in the area; I have no idea what happened. They must have changed something. The food is entirely too greasy now. Their cooking oil seems off. The quality seems to have dropped off significantly. With not many options around the area, I'm going to need this place to get better.

A roach was in my food, we are trusting these places to clean and keep our food clean, my little child ate from there, gross they can send someone to the ER. Close your place down and deep clean, soap, water and bleach. Then continue doing so every night. Will never step foot there again and warn all my neighbors do not order from that...
