Ming Kong — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I ate here once to twice a week for the 8 years I lived in Coram. I moved out of town for a couple of years and now that I'm back they won't make me the same thing I ordered weekly for 8 years. Steamed wontons in garlic sauce. So simple. I order for my whole family (not just the one meal) I canceled the whole order because they refused to make it now. They just lost thousands of dollars of business for the years in the future I would have ordered from them over not honoring a simple request that they did for years prior. I guess we will be eating at Wing Wah twice a week going forward

I know the owner Amy she's a good person it's been awhile since I've been there the reason why the last time I didn't have such a good experience this time I ordered a large beef fried rice and literally there was only six pieces of beef that was very discouraging I didn't want to go back to complain then I ordered also a pepper steak large literally there was nine pieces of beef very very discouraging Amy being a good person has nothing to do with the cook the previously owners before they bought it for excellent people I knew them very well I love eating there I ate there three times a week but from this experience today I will never ever go back spending $42 it went...

I've been eating at Ming Kong since I can remember, the foods always been the best in the area. Good luck to you Ming Kong in your new location, You should really think about putting your menu on this site. Update 9/9/22. Not only are they the best in Coram, their also kind and very friendly service minded. The family has been a fixture in The area for decades making their delicious food. Amy who I believe is now the owner grow up and attened Longwood High school. So with that said you will never go wrong ordering from this...
