Bella Roma Restaurant and Pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

Been ordering my pizza from here the past three years, I never had an issue, I always order one large pie , or my chicken bacon & ranch large pie, today I get home & cleaned up from work, my two kids were so excited that I went the extra way today since I had the money, to only fine they were spitting the pizza out, to fine tomato's on the pizza, now remind you in three years maybe once a money or twice a month me and my family have ordered here, since we are two mins away and never had an issue, so I doubled checked the menu and nothing states tomato's on the pie I ordered, so I called and asked about it and the nice lady said they do, so I'm like that weird , since when, so she got Tony and he stated the past 25 years it's been made that way, so I wasn't giving him an attitude, I was just questioned it I never got tomato's on it nor does it even state tomato's on the description, he goes well if your child has allergies we can make a slice up for him, smh that's not the point. They were lucky he didn't eat it. That my other two kids caught it. As they don't like chunks of tomato's as well, so two peices of pie garbage and so 31 bucks down the drain. I got the worst experience ever. The owner is the rudest person you’ll ever meet. I called up for an order to be delivered, I asked how much I had to spend to get delievered . He said $15. So I ordered rigatoni ala vodka and I was like just that with a drink. So it would come out to $15 so it could be delievered. The guy comes to the door and the total is $22. I look it the bag there was chicken on my pasta. I asked for just plain rigatoni ala vodka. I called up asking why it was that much and stating that there was chicken on my pasta, the owner says over the phone “ there is no chicken in your pasta” so I drove all the way there just for him to show me his menu and to tell me that it comes with it meanwhile over the phone he claimed there was absolutely no chicken in my pasta. The owner pointed his fingers at me and screamed fu to me for asking for my money back, he refused to give me anything, only to remake my food once the cops showed up. Moral of the story is: he has the worst customer service skills and he lied about everything . & I was charged &5 extra to be delievered meanwhile he never said that over that phone. Don’t go...

Went paintballin over at high volicity right there. Had a group of 13 people for a birthday party. After we were all hungry so decided to go to Bella Roma. Called them to ask if they can accommodate us all and they said "come on down, we're here". So we did. They 2 older Italian guys (looked like they were running the place if not owning) in there were the best. I went to the Baskin Robbins right over there and got a cake for for my birthday girl. The guys at Bella stored the cake for us. Then cut the cake and served it for us. They definitely did not hsve to do that. Utensils, plates, we were givin everything. They really went above and beyond for us. Really nice guys who cared to do the eight thing by customers. Food was good. Atmosphere the staff helped create for us was great and the help we were givin was great. Overall a good place to get some food. I got the chicken parm which was very good.
