Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Town of Brookhaven

I loved this Pizza Hut, primarily because of the excellent service. While it’s a bit of a bummer to awkwardly stand there until your order is ready, they do have a few chairs available, even though there are no tables. It would be nice if they could add a few tables for those waiting for their takeout orders, but the overall experience was still positive.

The young lady up front was marvelous and took her time getting my order right. She helped lower my bill, and for that, I thank her. Her attention to detail was impressive, and she also went out of her way to go to the back and clean the blade because I asked for a clean cut! Shout out to her for that exceptional service and consideration.

I ordered a large cheese pizza and some cheesy breadsticks, both of which were marvelous. The pizza could use a bit more sauce, but overall, it’s pretty good. The crust was perfectly baked, crispy on the outside yet soft on the inside, and the cheese was wonderfully melted and gooey. The cheese breadsticks were deliciously cheesy and paired perfectly with the marinara dipping sauce. Definitely gonna add 2 next time.

The staff is very friendly and attentive, which made the visit enjoyable. The service was quick and efficient, which is always appreciated, especially when you’re hungry and in a hurry.

It was a stormy day in mid August when five young gentlemen set out on a glorious quest for the fruit of the Gods, known as Pizza Hut. Rolling in like a home invasion, any normal manager would have had his hands full.... Not Robert. Robert stared them down with the steely-eyed confidence of a man how knows how to sling a pie. The order came down, 12 pizzas. To Go. (And one order of bread sticks) Unflinching, Robert took the order, no hesitation. He asked "What toppings". The group was stunned. After much deliberation, they devised the best combo of pizza toppings to satisfy all needs. Robert's input was crucial. This is man who knows his pizza.

Robert throw a final curve-ball "Ok that'll be about 25 minutes, thanks!". Twenty solid minutes in a mexican grocery store later and were back. No way these pies are ready so early. Robert, resilient as ever, breaks the news. The pies are hot and ready to go. After multiple high fives and firm handshakes we roll out. The pizza was alright.

Horrible 1st time experience,asked what tge carry out special was but had to wait for his telephone call with another dissatisfied customer to end.I was told about a 2 medium soecial with 2 toppings for 6$ each,so I ordered and was told it would be a 15 minute wait.I sat in car with my kids fir 15 minutes then walked back in and watched the delivery people one after the other start help making pizzas WITHOUT washing their hands.I saw them get ready to put 2 medium pizzas in a holding oven and asked if they were mine and told no they were for Rob,i said i was nkt Rob and waited anothee 15 minutes until I saw the guy that took my order and he said your pizzas are right there in the holding oven!!!
