terrible experience. Never going back! First off I would like to state that I have worked for the restaurant business from bussing tables to bartending for 10 years now. Rarely would I ever give a bad review but this place just rubbed me the wrong way from the get go. we walked in and the waiter sat us without saying hello but gestured for us to follow him in a rude manner. We sat in a small dining area that had a 15 person party 5 feet away from us who were loud and obnoxious. The waiter gave us no time to sit and was already impatiently asking for a drink order. When I told him just water for now he looked annoyed and walked away. When he came back after passing us numerous times we ordered. our appetizers took 20 minutes no joke. I understand the party had probably taken up a lot of their attention but still... you don't offer chips with salsa or SOMETHING? as we sat there starving the server not once stopped by to ask if we needed refills or anything. He didn't even bring out our food. When we finally got the entrees about an hour after being sat the order was wrong. My girlfriend ordered rice and beans she never got the rice and was charged for the beans which were supposed to go with her meal. At this point we just wanted the check. We asked our waiter 3 TIMES! and he continued to walk by our table with no check in hand. We finally had to wave down the other server to bring us our check. The food wasn't bad, however the service and atmosphere was so terrible that we will never be coming back...
Read moreThis Latin restaurant is very good. The ambiance is very homey. The bathroom is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxing. They do parties and they also separate an area in the room for your guest to feel special and intimate. The seats could use some more cushion. The food is always amazing, as you can see. The sauces where very well made and unique in taste. I have no complaints about the food or restaurant. My only concern is when you get service you expect to feel like the only people in the restaurant. I used to be a server at a fridays and I made sure my patrons always felt like they had everything they wanted and needed to their expectation as best to my ability as possible. On this day I didn't really feel like that. It took my waiter way to long to come to my table to serve me. I'm not an expert but my opinion is they need to pay just a little more attention to the customers no matter the day, how many or the attitude they come with. I'm the quiet type I dont say nothing unless need be. Overall I rate this place the way i did because i feel like it deserves to be graded as a hole and not held accountable for one persons failure to produce good service. That's just a training course away from perfect.

Read moreWas very upset with the experience! I had been looking forward to going here since we are new to the area. However, we will not be returning after tonight’s experience. The place was busy and where we were seated there was a big party of probably 8 who just didn’t know how to behave in a restaurant. They were so loud. I asked the waiter if he could please ask them to lower their voices. You couldn’t even talk to the person next to you (I was with just my boyfriend). The waiter pretty much brushed me off and didn’t say a word to the table. Aside from that they took our drink/appetizer order and never came back to take our dinner order. Only when they brought the appetizer could we order dinner. The noise was just unbearable that we asked to take our food to go. The food was not even good. As I am writing this my stomach is killing me. As we were walking out of the restaurant we expressed how bad of an experience it was to a lady and what looked to be her son (possible the owner). They were just standing there on their phone/talking. They should really take the initiative and see how their customer are experiencing...
