This taco bell is continuously getting worse. I am very lenient for public service places such as a TB. I even used to work at one 5 years ago. However, this has to be one of the worst TB's I've been to for the second time. I first came here when I started working in the area at the beginning of the summer. It was the same deal. The drive through line is very inefficient and apparently they can't get change or cash for their drawers for like months now, so if you go inside the cashiers apparently don't work, but the kiosk do. If you use cash it has to be through drive through and exact change. This was around May June and now here in November is the same deal. This time I tried going at a less busy time around 230-3pm and tried dining in. It was not good. The lobby is half closed off and for a major fast food chain it just looks like a run down corner chinese place in comparison. The Soda machines are always dirty and the bathrooms as well. The men's bathroom has been out of service since the first time I went and the same deal with the cashiers issue apply as well as the lack of change for cash. The atmosphere is terrible is like they don't want you there. There is only one lady in there that seems nice enough to care, but everyone else is so unmotivated and depressed that it feels like you are bothering them instead them giving you a service. The kitchen employees do not wear aprons, but they atleast had gloves.
For the food, on both occasions I had the same thing. A cravings box with a med, diet Pepsi. Swap the 5layer for chicken with fries inside and black beans and grilled. Swap the chalupa for steak add rice and nacho cheese with no sour cream. The dorito taco is default. Both occasions the fries were very soggy almost cold. The dorito shell was also cold/soggy. The chalupas on both occasions were wrong they either miss an entire item or don't even change the beef. For the 5 layer they got it right except on the first one they didn't change it to chicken. On both occasions I saw people going back to double check their order for accuracy which delayed the service even longer. Imagine waiting 16 minutes when there are maybe 3 cars on drive through and 2 people in the lobby me being one of them. That aside, it does not even matter that you want to dine in as the packaging is lack luster or just not appropriate for the order.
Atleast this time around the bathroom was decent.
Overall, the food keeps getting misplaced/just made wrong. The pov is inconvenient and often very annoying as per the made up restrictions.
The crew is unmotivated, bothered just not approachable for the most part. They also don't wear aprons on the kitchen line

The new manager not only did not have any clue how to do his job but his professionalism is severely lacking as well. My fiancé and I frequent this location as it is only a few minutes down the road from our home. My experience started with the manager, Jesse. As we walked into the establishment he pushed his employee aside in order to help us. We ordered our usual items which includes a Baja Blast freeze during happy hour. Jesse handed me the freeze with the incorrect cap on. I understood at first, assuming that maybe he was new. I asked him if he had the correct lids available for the freeze and he said no as I was staring right at them. I pointed it out and he said okay with an anti use while replacing my lid. I’ve paid for my drink that is now 3 quarters full... I asked the employee that usually assists us if she could fill my drink the rest of the way. She said no because the manager would yell at her. I then turned to the manager and asked him the same question and he said no and that he was saving cost of the happy hour drinks by not filling them the way they are supposed to. At that point, my fiancé and I were disgusted and asked for our money back and his name so we can make a customer complaint. He laughed in our faces and said to make the complaint, he doesn’t care because it was going to go to him anyway. He then refused our refund and tried to make us take our food. We said no, and that’s where he touched me... and told me to take the food. I asked him to never touch me again and to step away from me. As he was behind the counter, there was not reason for him to touch me at any point of time. We finally received our refund in disgust. If we don’t hear back, we will be reporting this establishment to the Better Business Bbureau. I will not be returning for as long as he works at that establishment and I will warn everyone we know of what occurred as well. Read moreStay away! I went inside today around 3:10pm instead of using the drive through because many times there are mistakes with my order when I use the drive through. I have not been here in a while and was blown away that they still have part of their dining area blocked off and used as storage and it looks like trash. How can this be acceptable to their DM and Regional Manager? They would not ring me up inside. They told me I have to use their kiosk only to place an order. And if you are paying cash you have to use the drive through. I refuse to use a kiosk as I prefer to talk to someone when I am placing my order. Why do I need to do extra work and be inconvenienced when I am paying? Ridiculous!!!! I went through the drive through and was told if paying cash it has to be EXACT! The woman employee - Jennifer Anne S - said for 3 weeks they have been trying to get change from their bank and she said Taco Bell corporate is aware of the situation when I told her I was going to call corporate. Jennifer Anne S was not friendly at all and should have been appreciative that a customer would call corporate to help them. I tried calling corporate and was on hold waiting over 43 minutes today to speak to Customer Service and file a complaint. It makes sense why this location looks like trash inside, can't take an order in person inside, and can't make change to a cash order if their corporate can't even have employees in Customer Service to pick up the phone.
