There’s a lot to say about this particular Dunkin’, and I don’t know where to start. Mobile ordering isn’t convenient when you never know if the lobby is going to be closed or not. And if the lobby happens to be open and you placed a mobile order the chances of you getting your stuff before a walk in does is slim to none. The staff tends to not notice if you’ve been standing around for awhile and won’t ask what you’re waiting for. I’ve watched an older woman who was making food flip out and hit the mobile ordering receipt machine with tongs over and over while cursing, causing a scene and making people who were waiting for already paid for orders to leave. The last time I went my husband and I went through the drive through so I could order one coffee, I always start my order with “could I please have,” and end it with “thank you.” After I ordered there was a long period of silence, I was sure there was a new employee taking the order so I was patient and assumed she was trying to figure out how to use the POS screen to put my order in. Instead I heard another voice begin speaking, not to me but to the person taking the order, assuming she was trying to help, and then I heard “they’re being rude,” which was not the case. So we left. I’ve been patient over the years knowing understaffing is an issue everywhere, but now I’m beginning to think it’s not an understaffing issue as much as there is a staff issue. Read moreI hate bashing companies or employees but this Dunkin is the worst one I’ve ever been to they constantly ain’t opened on time I show up 10 mins after they are supposed to be open and they never are they run on their own time not the business hours. And the coffee is never made right and the egg sandwiches are never toasted. They run it through the toaster oven for like 5 seconds. The drive through is the worst they consistently tell you to wait to order then when they ask you to order they say can you wait a minute this consistently happens a lot I would say 8/10 time I go there. I know these people don’t make much but if you don’t take pride in anything that you do. You will never succeed in life. Read moreWaited in line in the drive through for about 10 minutes. Which Is understandable they where busy. Ordered 2 things a chocolate glazed donut dor my son and an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I pay they instantly whip out a bag and I thought wow that was fast.... toasted. So I opened it and it was a plain bagel not toasted with a thin line of regular cream cheese. So I waved at them and said I think you have the wrong order. She looked and Said no. I said that isn't toasted and it's not veggie cream cheese. She pointed to a speck of poppie on it and said it is everything..... and then told me i didn't order everything... on my receipt it said everything toasted with veggie. She basically scolded me and handed me the bag back...... I will never go again it was shameful. Just say you made a mistake and fix it don't lie and it's on the receipt....
