Came here for breakfast this past weekend and was excited for a new breakfast place in Jeff. Pictured are the bagel with lox and cream cheese, the western omelet and the Jeff breakfast burrito. To me $14 for a bagel with lox is way over priced. My aunt said it was good so that’s a positive. The breakfast burrito I found to be lacking any flavor. I’ll take some ownership in that I switched out regular bacon for turkey bacon, but was bummed to see they didn’t crisp it up at all, just diced it straight from the packaging which left if mushy and flavorless. The home fries that came with it were good, but unfortunately were slightly cold when they arrived. I’m hoping to give this place another try at a later time to see if it was just new business kinks getting worked out.

What a bummer.

I tried this originally when it was called something else and they put an expensive looking facade on the exterior but otherwise left it the same.

We came in for brunch on a nice fall day and it was pretty bad. My eggs Benedict yolks were hard and the eggs themselves cold as if they had been pre-cooked and put in the fridge. The same goes for the Canadian bacon, which was cold, so the touch under the hollandaise sauce. There were grill marks on the Canadian bacon, which is telltale Restaurant Depot stock; think of the slices of grilled chicken that you get on a salad at a bad deli that come from a 50 pound bag of pieces of grilled chicken from the Restaurant Depot. From freezer to plate.

My entire plate was lukewarm and the French toast that I got as a side to share was served with packages of truckstop Smuckers maple syrup. Small detail, perhaps but I think that that’s a crime serving that kind of syrup in upstate New York in the fall.

In contrast, my husbandā€˜s omelette was good because you cannot cook and store omelettes in the fridge they have to be made to order so it was hot and cooked well.

I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but it’s pretty all over the place with offerings of Indian food Italian food standard American food a steak here or there and something else. It’s always a warning shot to me when the menu is about five pages long.

It’s too bad if somebody put some effort into that restaurant, it would be a nice little spot because there isn’t much in this...

Had the chance to have lunch here yesterday. Before ordering i had to ask something important to me. If they use latex gloves?? As I am allergic. The owner double checked brought out the box showed me that they were vynil gloves. I was thrilled. The waitress gave us our menus and the Specials menu. Great choices, I ordered roast pork on herbed garlic roll tha5 came with a side of macaroni salad, both were amazing. My Mother in law had the turkey rice soup and the grilled corned beef. She was very happy . What a nice addition to Jeffersonville, we so needed a...
