3 Bums Pizza Houghton — Restaurant in Town of Caneadea

Absolutely disgusted with 3 Bums Pizza. We came in at 2pm on Sunday afternoon to an empty restaurant. This should have been our first clue to leave. After waiting a few moments, a girl comes out from the back and asks us what we want. We needed another moment with the menu since there was only 1 sticky, dirty menu for us to look at. She takes off back into the back and returns about 5 minutes later. We place our order and are told 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes later we got our food. The “loaded” fries were over cooked, burnt and unsalted. The pizza was not cut all the way through. We were offered no silverware, Parmesan, garlic, pepper etc. No one ever came out of the back after bring our food out. We finally left, taking the pizza home to attempt to eat it. This did not happen! The crust is worse than a frozen pizza, the sauce is put on in globs, and the meats are almost non existent. We took 2 bites before throwing it away. Ridiculous to spend $40+ on pizza and fries just to throw them away. No way to let anyone know you’re dissatisfied with the food when they are all hiding in the back. Save your money and a stomach ache and just buy a frozen pizza, you’ll...

RUN LIKE HELL. While you're at it call the Health Department because I promise you that you should.

I ordered a salad. Parked directly outside the front window watching staff. Not a SINGLE staff member had gloves on their hands. I watched one girl in a tye dye shirt make wraps while licking her fingers twice.

The gal who made my salad kept wiping her nose. And, another stood there chewing on her fingers. Watched a guy toss wings in a bowl and take them out of the sauce with his fingers, again no gloves.

I went in and demanded my salad be remade and that I was watching them. I warned them that I would be calling the health department. The girl was shaking and rattled the entire time. However, I took pictures from outside the window and they should have been ashamed. She claimed she was a manager. If that's the case, the owner needs new staff.

The salad was delicious in the end when made properly, but proper safety and health precautions should be taken in any kitchen. Licking your fingers and wiping your nose before touching others food is absolutely DISGUSTING.

I hope the Health Department pays this establishment a few hefty visits....

I came here to pick up some subs for visiting family. It was 4 six inch subs that we ordered around 4:45ish. I went in when they said the food would be ready by around 5:45ish. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for a person to come to the desk, and by that time the line was out the door. I sat down until a bit after 7:00 or so for the subs, and couldn’t leave since we ordered online and already paid for it. The subs were okay, and a bit cold. I like supporting the small businesses in the area and I usually never write negative reviews, but this is the third time it has happened since the beginning of the year that I have waited more than an hour for a small item like a sub. I get that things get busy, but even on days where there isn’t anyone in the restaurant , it is still the same. They just need more staff on hand, as it is extremely slow to the point of contemplating...
