Yikes. I never ate the stuff. I am so sorry that the employees working there on the night shift are earning a paycheck for the rudeness and forgotten items ordered and paid for- if I ask for a wittle itty bitty cup of extra sour cream get charged .50 for each one and open it up to get less than 2 grams or a little less than a half tsp. Ordered tortilla chips and got a wittle bag of half filled tortilla chips when I can get it all from across the street at the supermarket for less annoying and scraping off the paycheck to keep this place even in existence. I’m sorry they wasted my money and time having these experiences with the rude staff and what seems to be stealing from drive thru orders by cheapos. Why is it that there is no napkins for dripping food? Thanks jerky kids. Get your employees in line and make sure they give the items ordered along with the questionable one who’s taking orders (Jaded female who apparently doesn’t...
Read moreLet’s face it, we’re talking about Taco Bell here and unfortunately, the quality of Taco Bell is nowhere close to what it was 20 to 30 years ago.
I’m still grateful that a Taco Bell was added to Carmel as the closest locations used to be in CT. For me though, it’s the lack of consistency and haphazard way of serving food that doesn’t have be stopping by often.

Their sauces are really just glorified acid and don’t really have a distinct flavor. Still, there is something oddly disgusting about how Taco Bell somehow just hits a certain craving at times.
The service here is decent and the drive thru is usually quick. Admittedly if I am going to spend money on fast food, Taco Bell definitely isn’t my first choice, but it’s fine...
Read moreI hate to do this. We’ve all waited with bated breath for a Taco Bell to open in Carmel. Our hopes were higher than the scores of high school students caravanning over from CHS to partake in the joys of our very own Taco Bell!
Alas - the drive through service is the slowest I’ve ever experienced as a seasoned (as seasoned as a nacho fry) T Bell veteran. I get that they’re new, but we spent a solid 30- no exaggeration- minutes after announcing our mobile order sitting in the drive thu without moving. Had we known, we’d have gone in but by then we were TRAPPED, our food undoubtedly dying a slow soggy death while all we could do was weep Baja blast tears.
Please guys - speed it up. For the love of god. With the minimal menu at this point, give the people...
