I have been here several times in the last few months. Every time they have been very mice, hold a conversation, and polite on the phone. They build a real good pizza and the Tacos are awesome. However, I would like to take some time to offer minor constructive criticism. They have been by far the best who have been at this location. Many have failed. They seem like very nice people and my review is well intended.
Need better consistency. Out 0f 5 times 3 of them have been mediocre pizza. The build was good put the crust in center and for about 4 inches out was like 3 sheets os paper. We needed to use a spatula to get the pizza on the plate.
Subs awesome. My assorted one time was way overstuffed. I took meat out. Great quality meats but I'm concerned staff is not following procedure if there is one. This will hurt your profits.
Your recipe's are yours. however they are, weigh the meats, portion it out somehow. nothing should be done Bob, John, or Sally's way. Everything should be done the Bozzy;s way. Weather its 11am or 8pm, everything should go out that door the same way. You have competition up the street a few doors down. You want people to return and to be on their list of go to places.
Lastly. Your corner is very dark. The restaurant next door turning off all the lights doesn't help. Soon it will be dark at 430pm. You want people to know you are open on the way home from work. Signs are expensive. But for now, get a spotlight, a blinking open sign. Something that HOLLERS that you are open and in business!
To anyone reading this. Please try the food it has been great and I like these people....
Read moreI cannot state how the atmosphere was, since I had ordered delivery. However, while it was an hour before the food was delivered, I didn’t expect the pizza to be lukewarm. The wings were hot, not too saucy and most enjoyable - however we also ordered a Diet Pepsi, and received a Pepsi. I know that this may not seem like a big deal and some will just say “Oh, 1st world problems” etc, but when you have a T1D in the house, it is.
We don’t live very far away, about a 1/2 mile at most I believe. A 5 minute drive at most.
I did speak to a very friendly woman (who honestly was seriously wanting to make up for it with a credit or offer to bring us a replacement soda / pizza. I didn’t take her up on it as 1) This place is close, and it wouldn’t feel right to make them scramble when I plan on trying them again, and 2) It makes me feel like a bloody Karen to expect a busy establishment to scramble to kiss my arse when sometimes people just don’t have a good day. Hence the review - I would prefer to base a review on a placed order, not a corrected one. But I will gladly change this review the next time we order from them and receive our order in a timely manner, and that it’s fresh / hot, with the correct drink.
I’m a foodie. I like food. ...
Read moreI normally love bozzys and rave about them to everyone. they're very reliable and you can usually count on their pizza being quality. Or so I thought...guess it's been a few months since I've tried it. Based on my experience tonight and other recent reviews I'm seeing, it's really so sad to see what a nosedive you've taken.
I ordered delivery tonight and the pizza I received was absolutely horrible. there was cheese hanging off one side and not completely covering the other, that side was also slightly burnt. a total of twelve pepperonis on the entire thing. it also wasn't cut. at all. i actually had to pull out my own pizza cutter and do it myself.
also ordered a sub and the bread was stale.
Only ordered delivery because I just had surgery and am in a wheelchair and cannot drive to pick it up myself. I was really looking forward to this and sharing it with my friend who is acting as my caretaker and it was absolutely horrible and disappointing. Between the two of us, we barely ate and threw most of it in the garbage. Not to mention, it was over $40 for just two items. Total waste of money. I don't think I'll be ordering from you guys...
