Rock Burger Cheektowaga — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

Really more of a novelty thing than an actual restaurant. The menu is fun and unique and it’s definitely not something you’ll find anywhere else, but don’t go here expecting a quality meal. You’ll be disappointed. My burger was very overdone and flavorless, even though I asked for it to be cooked medium. I only ate a couple bites of it, and then stole my husband’s tator tots. They were definitely the best thing we had there. Nice and crispy. I was also surprised by how bad the service was. I told the waitress I didn’t like my food as she was clearing the table, and she just kind of ignored me and told my husband to pay up at the front. As we were paying, I was asking my husband if we could stop by Panera on our way back. The waitress asked why I wanted to go to Panera, and I said for lunch because I didn’t like my food here. She looked… weirdly shocked? As if she hadn’t just cleared my plate I’d barely touched, and as if I hadn’t just outright said to her that I didn’t like the food when she was clearing the table? It was just truly bizarre. I guess it’s a fine place to go just for fun, but not if you’re actually hungry, or you’ll end up paying $10 for a burger...

We stopped by Rock Burger on a whim and I'm so glad we did! I am typically not a burger eater, but my husband absolutely is so we figured this would be a nice treat. There was no one else sitting inside so the atmosphere was very nice and casual.

The cashier/server made a great first suggestion when I asked what was good there— the loganberry ice cream float! Loganberry is such a classic and having it as a float really set us up for an incredible meal!

I was wearing something rainbow 🌈 so it only made sense that I had the Fruity Pebble Burger ! If you like sweet and savory ( think kettle corn lovers or even better, Caramel and cheese corn lovers!) you'll love their options for sweet and savory burgers. This burger was LOADED with cheese inside, and topped with fruity pebbles and frosting. The burger is huge ! The price point was well worth it.

My husband had the tater tot rock Burger —Stuffed with cheese and tater tots. Topped with cheddar, bacon, BBQ sauce, and bison dip. Can you say WOW!?

like I said, I haven't had a burger in many many years and now I want to try more of their menu. The stuffed burgers...

I will say this to start: the food tasted great, the fried stuff was on the overcooked side but overall it was great. Here's the issue: We ordered two 1/4 lb stuffed burgers with tots and onion rings and one kids "mini" cheeseburger through Door dash. When it arrived, we opened the boxes to find all 3 burgers were the exact same size (the size of the kids meal burger - super tiny!). This threw us for loop as it literally looked like we ordered 3 kid meals. At first we thought, well maybe because they are stuffed they really are 1/4 lb. But if the 1/4 lb burgers are the same size as the kids burger, why advertise them differently for different prices? Also, a 1/2 lb burger cost a whopping $5.25 more, which made us think we were ordering regular sized burgers. To top it off, we only received a handful of tots. For the price paid, this was not what we expected - and it's very, very, expensive. I would not recommend ordering through Door dash unless you really know...
