Update: 6 years later- I should have known better!! Finally, after 6 YEARS of avoiding this location, I decided to get a peppermint hot cocoa, but when I got to my appointment, I discovered that is NOT what I was given. I called location to see if I could get a credit for what I spent, and they said they won’t do that. I would have to come right back with the item & receipt (that I was never given,) and when I said it wouldn’t be until after 4:30, the person on the phone said they would have to check with owner, then HUNG UP ON ME! After I tried calling back several times (no answer,) I decided to NEVER EVER go back again!! I will tell EVERYBODY I know too. Not that they really care, because if they did, the employee wouldn’t have hung up on me! I am calling my bank to see if I can get a retraction on my payment now. —————————————-
Unpleasant experiences all around. I have had one problem or another with almost every order, including: getting covered in hot chili while on lunch break (because employee put bowls SIDEWAYS in bag.) given wrong items (diabetics ask for diet soda for a reason) missing items from order cold/part frozen food they are out of everything or “don’t sell it here” (then please don’t put a 3 foot sign advertising your new “delicious” chicken soup!)
I kept giving this location chance after chance, but it only seems to be getting worse. I will drive out of my way to go to another location. It’s too bad. This could’ve been such a great location.

Read moreBy far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here twice and each time I’ve had a horrible experience. The staff is extremely rude, I don’t even know how this place is still open. My first experience, I ordered a medium drink, they ran out of medium cups and gave me 2 smalls cups. Literally one with a cup full of ice and splash of coffee the second cup with coffee and ice. I didn’t understand why they didn’t just say that they had ran out I would have paid for a small drink. My ice coffee was so watered down, I asked if they can just make it over in a medium hot drink cup the lady declined. I just handed it back and went elsewhere. Today, similar situation same lady in the drive through made my drink wrong and argued with me instead of offering to make it over. They do the dumbest things here, the employees need training. I asked for a refund the manager threatened me because I walked in from drive through, he goes you came in from drive through upset what if we would retaliate because you got out your car. I asked him how would he retaliate and that’s considered a threat since I am only here for a refund as I’ve had a horrible experience before and allowed them to keep my money. This whole place is disgusting and I’m with all of that, the lady ran in the back because she knew what was up. There’s one less than a mile away I know...
Read moreWaited in the DT line for about 15 mins, normally would be annoyed but with covid I understand but then when i did get to the speaker i ordered a 2 for 4 and a 2 for 5 and was told they had no plain bagels, egg, or sausage.... so i could either come back or not waste my time here... even tho i had already been stuck in the DT lane for over 15 mins by now... so trying to be understanding i changed my order to a full sized double bacon and cheese only and was charged as such. I then got to the window five mins later and received my two drinks then waited another three mins at the window for my wrap. Then i got home and the wrap had egg on it... and wasn't grilled... I was very disappointed and wasn't going to go back to sit in that line all over again, ill just go to the one down the street from now on.
