We were recommended to this restaurant by a few people so decided to make the drive for a birthday dinner. This is a simple place. Clean with a ton of staff. Some of the waitresses seemed very personable with the customers. Ours was hurried and put off. My husband was still talking and she walked away. Our food did come quickly and hot. The appetizer was some dough with peppers onions and a tough sausage. This came with a side of sauce for dipping. It was o.k. Our next appetizer was garlic bread with mozzarella. It was warm and the cheese was melted on a sub roll. No color on the cheese. But it was tasty. We ordered the combo platter with veal pram, lasagna, and shells. Also came with bread and a salad. The salad was very fresh with olives and garbonzo beans. It was very good. The bread was a sub roll, but it was warm and fresh. They were huge portions, so I tried a bit of each and took the rest home. The sauce was good and the lasagna was tasty. I'm glad it was a meat lasagna. The veal was breaded and tough. Had to really cut into it with a knife. Could not be cut with a fork. See pictures for portions. We each got a side of meatballs. You always have to try the meatballs! They were good. All in all the food was good, and filled you up with two more meals to spare, for home . I was mostly impressed with the cleanliness. I was happy with how clean the staff was, the tables, floor ect. When we were leaving there was a staff member washing off each menu! Did you ever get a dirty menu and weren't hungry anymore? Well , we will return sometime if we're...

The atmosphere didn't feel like I'd been taken to Rome, but the food was phenomenal and the pricing was great.
The stuffed shells were delicious; plenty of ooey gooey cheese baked to brown perfection. The garlic bread was amazing, and one loaf generously fed two of us. One order of meatballs (served as a pair) was also generously-sized, meaty, and flavorful, and served with a soup of sauce perfect for dipping our garlic bread in. My guest had the lasagna and also throughly enjoyed it.
The best part is, there's so much to the menu I can't wait to come back and try other dishes; the Sausage and Peppers, Ziti, Pizza -everything sounded, and looked amazing, as I spied upon it being served to other patrons. And for the fair pricing and generous portion sizes, I can easily do so.
The place was crowded, but there were still empty tables, and you weren't back to back with your pasta-eating brethren. Everyone seemed to be generally as in love with their meals as we were.
My only complaint was that the place could have been cleaner. The walls looked sticky and there was dried pasta sauce on them. The overhead lights were filled with collected dead bugs. I wasn't expecting a tremendous atmosphere, this is a casual place, but it could use a thorough cleaning. That is the only negative thing I can say at an otherwise 5-star experience. I look forward to...
Read moreFirst time eating here. Went for takeout. Saw the prices and thought, "Hmm, these portions are probably snack-sized. Better load up." Oh, how innocent I was.
My first warning sign? The guy taking my order started laughing—not politely, but like I’d just told him I was planning to eat the entire left side of the menu. I thought he was just friendly. In hindsight… no. He knew.
I ordered a few meals: stuffed peppers, an extra meatball (because why not), and two desserts. What I got? Enough food to feed myself, three friends, and maybe a small marching band.
Each entree came with half a sub roll—like it was their way of saying, "You're gonna need this to mop up the food avalanche." And the meatball? It wasn’t a meatball. It was a meat meteor. Legit the size of a baseball. I’m pretty sure it has its own gravitational pull.
And the packaging? Oh, they tried to pack it normally. Everything was in its own container, very neat and orderly—but there was so much food, they had to put it all in pizza boxes. Not for pizza. Just for structural integrity. No single bag could support the sheer mass of it all. It needed the full support of cardboard engineering.
Everything was delicious, everything was massive, and I now understand why the guy on the phone sounded like he was witnessing a rookie walk into a food showdown.
10/10 would order again—next time with...
