We were able to attend a family event held here, which was very nice to be able to do, and the service was very good for our group of 13. However, I was not impressed with the food. The food was as hot, but it had little flavor. I ordered a meatball casserole wich came with pasta on the side. When it arrived I was disappointed: There were 4 meatballs with cheese melted over the top in one dish and a very small bowl (like a dessert bowl) of plain pasta with very little sauce scooped on top. The sauce wasn't very flavorful, at all. The meatballs were a good size, but not huge, and tasted okay, but seemed more 'bready' than meat. And the kicker?? The cost was exorbitant, I thought, ...$18.99 plus tax! Had I realized I'm it was that much, I would have opted for something else. Never again. Another person ordered a pepperoni pizza (pepperoni was not on it- the waitress said she just heard cheese pizza) and it was NOT good at all. Again, the waitress was VERY nice, and was the only one serving our table, so when she forgot a few things we didn't complain. We still had a nice time and happy to have had the room for all of us... Next time I may eat someplace else before...
Read moreHad an enjoyable evening with friends here at TT III. Our server accommodated our chatty selves and didn't keep hounding us to take orders until he'd noticed we were done looking at the menus. Our server didn't seem to be very familiar with the menu or how the food is prepared, though, and then it was disclosed that he was a new employee. The restaurant should make sure their servers know the menu and have tasted menu items. He was also a bit abrubt when it came time to clear the table. It was almost as if he was trying to let us know we shouldn't have been loitering so long. Aside from that, the food was good and hot. This isn't a fancy place and could probably use an update to its interior but it's definitely roomy and can seat quite a few people. It's casual and has decent food options to choose from so it's...
Read moreWe normally love pizza and wings at twin trees 3 in N Syracuse. We went there for our dinner the other night and ordered our usual pizza and wings. Neither of them were even similar to what we normally get. The pizza was short on everything but peppers and the hot wings were extra small and didn't have the normal flavor that we crave and were on the salty side. We have been going there for years and also occasionally bring family that have enjoyed whatever is ordered there. Such a disappointment. That meal, with a salad, a soup and two sodas and tip came to almost $80.00! We are very hesitant to return. Such a shame that all the good restaurants are degrading the quality of the food offering to keep above ground. We will probably not be...
