Home outlet works with shady contractors where consumers are stuck in the middle. Contractor spoke with Home Outlet to advise them the size and type of window that I needed then I called and made payment for the window. At no time was I ever advised that this was a special order window or that it could not be returned or exchanged. My emails for confirming my order do not even say no returns or exchanges. Today I called about exchanging or returning the window as the original contractor (who ran away to Maryland and ghosted me after having me order and pay for the window that they were supposed to install) had me get the wrong size window and now they want to claim that my item was a special order and that they won’t do an...

Home outlet is great ! We are adding a new bathroom from scratch and We have purchased everything we can from the north Syracuse location Brandon and Chris are great ! The products are not cheap imitations they are high quality at discount prices . Our vanity and tile and shower all found in one place made me very happy also even the hardy board is cheaper here .
