Falletta's — Restaurant in Town of Clarence

I usually love this place and have been going forever, but my last experience was just overall horrible. Our server was awful, did not comprehend anything we ordered, forgot a bunch of stuff, did not give one drink refill.

I always order the hot peppers because they are the main reason I come. Usually you get whole peppers. This time I got only half pieces of peppers, and the delicious stuffing was non existent…it wasn’t just that there was a little stuffing, 2 of them had not one piece of stuffing at all.

One person with me got strip steak and asked for it medium. It came out completely raw, it was more than rare and I eat my steak still mooing, but even I couldn’t eat this. They did take it back and cook more, but by the time it came back out, he ate alone because I was done. The steak was good after it was fixed.

I got the chicken cutlets which are usually awesome, and this time they were sooooooo dry, I had to choke them down. The flavor was good, but they were way over cooked. The veggie was carrots and I was given 2, literally 2 pieces of carrots lol.

Lastly, the entire time we were there, all I heard from the kitchen was screaming, very loud. I couldn’t make out exactly what was being said, but it sounded like the cooks screaming angrily at each other.

This was by far the worse experience I have ever had here which isn’t usually the norm, but when I’m spending 150$ for 2 people to have dinner, the food and service should be good. It was not.

We were also not even comped a drink...

Google website stated they they open at 4:30, we showed up at about 4:40 and walked to the bar after asking a staff where it was (it it tucked in the corner to the right of the main entrance and easily missed which is understanding based on the asthmatics of the remainder of the restaurant). We walked into the bar where four people were three on the service side and one person sitting with a computer. There was a book on the bar at one corner and a person sitting in a chair on the service side. I asked if we could sit in the two chairs and was grumpily told 'we are not open'. News to ne as the person we saw out front did not see anything, and the doors for the restaurant were open. Another person behind the bar said,'Just give me two minutes', stupidly, we walked out and sat in the waiting area. I needed to use the restroom and asked the next employee who walked by where it was. It was in the basement down the stairs off a narrow hallway. Fortunately, I am able-bodied, but I found this highly unusual for a restaurant that boasts hosting events not to have a restroom that would be easily accessible for anyone with mobility issues. When I came back up my husband told me that someone came by and told him that they do not open until 5. We could have waited but at this point but we just left. Please update your hours with Google and lock the doors if you are not ready to accept customers. It is a bit confusing. We may try again...

DO NOT GO HERE! not one of us out of 12 had a good meal. The garlic bread ch wa not melted the scallops and the shrimp we’re raw the mashed potatoes were lumpy and cold . my daughter got a salad with chicken and cost $27 and it was unedible my niece had a hair in her food and then she got a steak which was raw in the middle and crunchy on the outside My mother and uncle got the same meal and it was totally different . my nephew got the artichoke chicken and that was unedible. they did take one dish off the blll everyone was so embarrassed to tell the waitress that no one like their meal. she was very nice , out bill came to $495.09 i called this afternoon yo talk to the manager or owner and he answered the phone and was mad that my niece wrote a bad review an told me to call someone else to complain. and hung up on me. every restaurant has a bad night but when i called the owner he was very rude the. he pretended he was the cleaning guy and himg up on me again and i called back a third time and he said he was going to call th e police on me got harassment and hung up on me again.. i was simply asking if there was a different cook on and asked for 1/2 our money back and he said absolutely not after i read the review your niece left i believe they were using expired food o have e ever been so disappointed with an owners response.
