High Falls Pizzeria & Taphouse — Restaurant in Town of Claverack

Food is pretty good but the customer service is lacking. After ordering delivery previously (which they charge for, without mentioning) and having items missing, I tried again tonight and was very specific about what I wanted. I even informed the girl on the phone of the mistake last time, and to please be sure to make note of it on my order and double check it’s correct before sending out for delivery. Stopped here Saturday evening. Planned on going to (Local 111) in Philmont, however it was closed. We only had burgers and a few beers. I just went to high falls last night, I got 3 slices of pepperoni pizza. It was probably some of the worst pizza I have had in my life. Idk what happen to high falls pizza.
