Today I was forced ordered in person because the app kept charging extra for no reason. The staff at my local Domino's explained that the app just doesn't work right, and that's it, so everyone just deals with it. O.K.!?! Well....I always order my extra bacon pizza with light sauce due to stomach issues and a kid who won't eat it if it has too much sauce. This time there was way too much sauce, as if I didn't even say light. After getting it home and realizing the mistake (the pepperoni was light sauce instead, which my husband didn't mind, so) I called to alert the staff. I was apologized to and told that another pizza would be made right away for pick up. We drove back, pizza in hand. The pizza was taken back without inspection to see the issue, and we were given a fresh, piping hot replacement. I gave it a look over on the way to the car and you could see the sauce up by the crust. I tried to check under the cheese, but it was too hot. Also, you can't truly tell until you eat it. I attempted to taste the lava hot pizza in case I needed to bring it back before driving home, but it really was too hot. As we began driving back home again, I annoyingly looked at the pizza and realized that now it had half the amount of bacon than the one I just returned (even thought I am paying extra for this "premium" topping). I was annoyed, but now my family is waiting extra long to eat, and there was no way we were driving back, again, and waiting for a 3rd pie at this point. When we arrived home, I called to let the staff know my issue, and I was told that he would share the concern with whomever made my pizza. I thanked him, hung up and scraped my extra sauce, partial bacon pizza. We did however thoroughly enjoy the parm bites. We have agreed that from now on we will only order if the girl worker or Brian are there, as they always make our pizza right...

I placed an order online for delivery and noticed that 20 minutes had gone by and my order hadn't started prepping yet. I called and asked to make sure they received my order, and they said they were very busy and assured me that it was in the queue.
An hour goes by and my order still has not started being prepped (according to the tracker). I called again and they told me they never received my order, even though I have email confirmation and a charge on my credit card indicating otherwise...They then tell me to call corporate if I want a refund, which makes no sense since they are the ones that charged me.
I call the corporate customer service number anyways, no one answers of course. So I call the store back and ask if I can come in and show them my confirmation, they then tell me that they DID get my order and it was delivered 40 minutes ago... However, I did not see on the tracker it was delivered, nor did I get any notice that the food was at my door. So it was sitting outside for 40 minutes and was cold when I finally got it...
The person on the phone apologizes and says they will remake my order and deliver it to me which I appreciated at first. BUT 3 hours have gone by and I did not receive a new order :). I would've preferred a sincere apology to an outright lie. Overall, the service was very confusing and disorganized, my food was cold when I got it, and I was very unsatisfied with...
Read moreThe worst run Domino's ever. We sat, waiting on the phone for over 10 minutes and nobody picked up. We arrived and watched 3 people working inside on kitchen staff, all 3 took a few minutes off here and there... nobody answered the phone... we got in and the manager, who was literally working on nothing at that moment told us that it would take an hour for a pizza. He told us that they were all too busy to answer the phone... we had just seen them all take breaks... plus, the guy is a manager, right? Shouldn't he have known how to staff correctly for the night after Thanksgiving? I guess that's too much to ask for... obviously basic competency is too much to ask for at Domino's. I guess the rude manner in which he talked to us was acceptable too. I told the manager that such poor service was unacceptable for Domino's, he didn't apologize... his response was get out...
