At other jewelry stores I've been in, there were security guards placed around the room. It was very intimidating. The owner, and most of the staff, acted as though they were above talking or taking time with you. They didn't want to waste their time if you didn't look a certain way. You weren't important enough. They were very cold and distant.

When I move to this location I found Hayden's Jewelers, it was the complete opposite of what I was thinking it would be! When I walked in I got to know Mark, THE OWNER! I was looking for an engagement ring and eventually wedding rings. Mark and I talked quite a while. Once he got to know me he knew me on sight from the moment I'd walk in the door. Mark would walk over to say "hi". He took the time out of his busy day.

Mark created my engagement ring based off of another ring. When it came time for my wedding ring, he customized it from my Mother and Grandmother's rings. Mark did all of the work himself.

My current husband has a lot of anxiety meeting new people. Mark is very pleasant and approachable so my husband liked him immediately. When it came to his ring Mark special ordered it, it was not in stock. Mark brought in a few to see which one we preferred.

Later, I had ruined my engagement ring and needed it fixed for the wedding, which was about a week away. Mark took the ring, modified it to be more durable, change the stones and had it for me just before the wedding!

Mark, and his staff, are very outgoing and willing to go out of their way to help you find the exact item you are looking for.

At Hayden's they are very welcoming and willing to help. You do not have to dress a certain way. I arrived in jeans and a t-shirt. Hayden's feels like more of a family than a business.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is truly well-deserved. The jeweler who originally designed my engagement ring was resistant to our vision—a simple 4-prong gold band with an oval diamond. Despite multiple visits to address issues like a loose stone and a mismatched design (the band had 6 prongs and looked more like a marquise setting), I was met with unhelpfulness and outright refusal. On top of that, when I was choosing a wedding band, the jeweler was rude and dismissive because I didn’t like their limited selection.

Everything changed when I found Hayden Jewelers. From the moment I stepped in, Alexis (Mr. Hayden’s daughter) went above and beyond to listen to what I wanted. She helped me select the most elegant wedding band and even came in early on the day of my elopement to ensure I had it in time.

More recently, I brought in my engagement ring, which wasn’t sitting flush with my wedding band and was causing wear on the gold prongs. Alexis and Mr. Hayden took the time to design a new engagement band that perfectly complemented my wedding band. They even 3D-printed a prototype so I could try it on and see how it would fit. Mr. Hayden kindly promised to have it ready before New Year’s, handcrafting it himself in their shop. To my surprise, Alexis called just five days later to let me know the ring was ready before the holidays!

The result exceeded my expectations. My new engagement ring fits perfectly with my wedding band, is far more comfortable, has the 4-prong design I always wanted, and is everything I dreamed of.

I have done business at Hayden’s Jewelers now for over 15 years for good reason. First and foremost Mark and the team always go out of their way to give my wife and I the personal attention we both appreciate. You get the feeling at Hayden’s that they are not just there to make the sale but they truly want to please people. They not only take the time to show you options but truly listen to what your jewelry needs are and go to extreme length to fulfill them.
