Kenny's Corner Ice Cream — Restaurant in Town of Clay

My wife ordered a s’mores sundae it is listed on the menu with hot fudge, but she was given a sundae with chocolate syrup instead. My wife went to have them remake it, but they wouldn’t do it for her. So, I had to go up, and they still wouldn’t remake it according to the menu. I asked for a refund and they wouldn’t give me a refund, but for whatever reason they wouldn’t do? They then, said they could remake the s’mores sundae with hot fudge (which is how it’s supposed to come anyway) but I would need to pay for it a second time? Finally after the third or fourth time back and forth with the manager (I’m assuming was about 18), she begrudgingly made it, and stubbornly saying “ok buddy” under her breath. All of the teenage employees were laughing as I was simply trying to get the sundae as it’s advertised…The manager said the menu outside is wrong as the menu they have inside tells them to make it with chocolate syrup. Terrible experiences. The kid taking our order completely ditched us because his “friends” were at the other window. Kept telling the other workers not to charge his friends. So we waited patiently waited while 6 of his friends cut in front of us. Then we were charged double what we normally get charged. We come here often but will not be back.
