Their hospitality was great until I wanted a piece of fish on my side salad and they unapologetically charged me for the entire sandwich. Another store in the same franchise only charged for the meat. The manager turned into an ogre... She should realize that customers can hear her gripping in the kitchen. When I called Wendy's about it they just made an excuse that different stores have the freedom to do whatever they choose. Then why do they have an 800 number. He was rude and didn't even act like he cared about my opinion or having me as a customer. Makes me want to go in Yelp. The fish is terrific and tartar sauce superior to other fast food. Overall I really like what Wendy's has done with it's menu. Great salads. I ended up deciding to buy a box of Gorton's from Walmart and cooking it at home. I added did weed to the tartar I bought and ended up have 3 or 4 very delicious meals for the cost of one fish...

When I look at the place as I drive up, all worn and sign lighting not working right, etc., I can't help but wonder if the outside looks like it hasn't seen maintenance in 25 years, what's going on inside? I mean if they are not caring what the property looks like to get people in the door, why would they care about the state of anything else? The wait time is always long here too compared to other Wendys. Occasionally, my order has food in it that's barely warm, straight out of the drive thru window. Read moreWe’ve only been here twice, and both times were frustrating. On our most recent visit, two employees were filling our order but barely communicated with each other. They seemed unsure about what they had already packed and were guessing as they went. When we noticed some items were missing and brought it to their attention, instead of listening, the woman got annoyed and defensive. She blamed us and claimed we hadn’t ordered those items, even though they were clearly listed on the receipt.
The first time we came, my brother, who has a dairy allergy, ordered a burger and specifically said no cheese. We had to return it three separate times because they kept putting cheese on it.
