Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

Do NOT go tot his Dunkin. The self proclaimed manger is rude, dismissive, and even mean.

I tried to order some bagels in the drive thru and he interrupted me and talked over me. I tried to get two same bagels and before I got the words out he interrupted with, “we don’t have any.” I tried to order a latte. He said I was ordering wrong and I said - “it really seems like you don’t want to help me” and he interrupted me again and said “have a wonderful day.” I parked and got out of my car to try and order inside. He wouldn’t look at me or acknowledge me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said, “you’re looking at him.” And I asked, “why did you interrupt me and talk over me? This is my first time here and I was excited to see the new store and you won’t even look at me.” He said, “I’m a lineman I don’t have time to look at you. Have a wonderful day.” Each time I began to speak he simply interjected with, “have a nice day,” or something of the like and refused to let me order or finish a sentence.

Today we took the opportunity to get free @Dunkin' donuts for a whole year at - 151 Vly Rd, Schenectady, NY 12309. We also have a different booklet from another Dunkin for free coffee for a whole year.

The store may look nice and new but the people running it are a mess. They constantly run out of donuts early, weekdays and weekends. The staff is rude, even the supervisor. Orders are often wrong, and the food quality is questionable even for a Dunkin... Skip this location and go to...
