I’ve been a loyal customer of Brightside Deli for the past four years, ever since moving into the area—and it’s become more than just a place to grab a bite. It’s become part of my routine, part of my community, and in many ways, it feels like family.

Under the ownership of Monica, who took over the business two years ago but has worked here long before that, Brightside has continued to thrive with the same warmth, dedication, and excellence it’s always been known for. Monica truly understands the deli business inside and out. She works incredibly hard to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, and it shows. From listening to customer feedback to offering new menu items based on popular demand, she and her team go above and beyond.

The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and made with care—but it’s the people that make this place so special. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I want to give a special shout-out to Monica’s sister Martha, her mom Candy, and her nephew Ramon. They work tirelessly, always with a smile, and make each visit something to look forward to.

I CAN TELL YOU THAT THIS IS THE WORST DELI I'VE EVER BEEN TO. I ASKED FOR CHICKEN CUTLET WITH MOZZARELLO, PROCISUTTE, AND PEPPERS ON A ROLL AND THEY GAVE ME RUBBER CHICKEN, NO PEPPERS, NO PROCSUTTE! THEY WON'T FIX THERE MISTAKE. THEY SAID THERE'S NOTHING THEY CAN DO. DO NOT GO THERE. IT BASICALLY SUCKS. In response to your answer, first of all the sandwich was horrible. I threw it in the garbage. I'm leaving a review because no one should have to deal with these people. I have respect & manners unfortunately you don't want my business again and you won't get it. One of the best delis around! They always greet you with a smile! They go out of their way to make you whatever you want! My husband and I get the breakfast sandwiches there and everything is always so fresh! My husband loves their cowboy chicken hero when we get lunch or dinner there! The prices are very good.
