Carvel — Restaurant in Town of Cortlandt

Stopped in to get an ice cream cake, there’s a birthday and Father’s Day being celebrated in my household today. I knew it would be a lot to spell out ‘Happy Father’s Day and happy birthday,’ so I asked the older gentleman that ‘helped’ me, (he appeared to be the manager or the owner and honestly didn’t seem to care very much,) to just abbreviate the two. He asked if I wanted block letters and I said no I would like something pretty and scripty.

I should actually give you five stars because I’ve gotten so many people to laugh about how really bad this is that I’m now glad you did a really bad job.

There’s a carvel closer to me and I purposely drove to this store because in the past your employees have always been kind helpful and done a beautiful job....

Home of the shrinking ice cream cake. I've visited here several times and it's disappointing and also near comical how low their ice cream cakes sit in the boxes. It is somewhat time dependent of what day you visit. This is especially disappointing when one considers why people buy ice cream cakes, for celebration, and no one wants to feel ripped off when they are celebrating.
