I was asked to wait for the one barista to fulfill the many outstanding orders, which is understandable given the store accepts both walk-in and mobile orders even while only one barista is working. While we were waiting, a mobile order came in for the exact thing I had been waiting to order which only had one item left in the pastry cooler. I thought surely I would be the one this item would go to having been physically in the store and patiently waiting in line. To my despair, the beautiful chocolate hazelnut croissant that was inches from my possession went to the individual that was miles away but decided to get their order in online before going to the store. Most of the baristas are lovely, I have had an experience with rudeness maybe three times. The issue is I order ahead because I have a long commute and to be able to order grab and go is important. In fact those are the questions that are asked in the survey after you order; was your order ready and were you able to skip the line. The coffee I order is continually not ready to be picked up. It is drip with milk. The milk (not enough) is left in a cup and I still have to wait for the people in line to get more milk to essentially make my coffee. This is the opposite of order ahead.    Read moreI came in to grab a quick bite and the girl working was rude, i asked to see the nutritional facts on the back of the honey “syrup” (not real honey which is fine) but i am allergic to most things so i wanted to make sure whatever im consuming is okay. She told me i couldn’t look at it and then when i asked her about green tea she acted like she didn’t want to explain which ones were the green tea's. She told me to look at the sign to see which teas they had. Also my bagel didn’t have cream cheese. Not impressed; if the costumer service was better my review would have been a lot better.
