Waited 5+ minutes in the drive thru. Gave my order. 3 drinks. Get to the pick-up window. Hands me the 3 drinks. 1 drink is wrong. Needed small mocha not med Carmel. I need the mocha so 2 choices here:refund the med Carmel & charge/make the small mocha. Gave me the mocha. Ok. Asked for 2 pretzel bagels to be added on(just bagels in a bag). Was told I’d have to drive around again if I wanted those? Was told drive thru was backed up couldn’t do an add on🤷‍♀️. I work for your competitor…never turn down a sale especially if you’ve already given the customer the wrong order accompanied by a bad attitude. Always try to make a bad situation into a better one! Fast service just like you expect from Timmy's. The only reason I give the majority of Tim Hortons four stars is because with all the money they make you would think they would have a better drive threw system. It can be dangerous trying to pull in and being left half in the street. Just a bad design. I think it's a lawsuit...

As Tim Hortons coffee goes, this is got to be the worst coffee ever! It does not hold up to the standards of what Tim Hortons puts out. Especially for how much they charge! Definitely spend the extra time and go 10 minutes to Alden, New York and get a much better coffee at Tim Hortons for a much better price and...
