I wish Crackel Barrel would put in some screening or noise dampening walls to keep the kitchen noise to a minimum. The whole restaurant is so open, lofted ceilings and open spaced seating, the kitchen noise carries across the stone floors. The food was good as always, waiting for coffee, and a long super wait for refills, watching other tables get fresh refills and plenty of cream by other servers each time, really knocked the service to a 4. Very clean restaurant, including the bathroom. A bit too busy and super cluttered/crowded for disabled patrons. A bus load of travelers were there before we were seated for dinner. Those patrons were in the gift area, however, on family group had an elderly gentleman whith a can who had a hard time walking through the cluttered gift aisle, another had someone in a wheelchair, same thing only worse. Her elbows kept hitting things on tower like displays, and I heard her say, "I hate this part. I feel like I am being smothered by the displays. I can't even see the doors to get out. " Poor woman. My 2 cents for what it's worth. Every display floor designer for the Cracker Barrel chain should be required to go to an existing store and sit in a wheelchair. Try to navigate from the dining ares area to the front door, the navigate to the bathroom, then have them have someone push them through those same routes BEFORE they design the gift dept.

Over the past years I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Cracker Barrel. The employees have always been friendly and polite. Some are very knowledgeable regarding their menu options meaning that some probably studied the menu and even tasted the foods. This location can get busy with waits for a table but as always its worth the wait. Prices aren't that high for the amount and quality of food. There's a wide range to chose from even the kids menu seems to satisfy the young people. I'll have to say that Cracker Barrel is one of my area favorites to dine at. Not about the store area of the restaurant. I enjoy browsing the merchandice That Cracker Barrel stocks. There's plenty of options to choose from for those special people in your life. The assortment of gifts or gift ideals is plentiful.

So we happen to be out in Binghamton to watch the new antman and afterwards we go to The Cracker Barrel which we maybe visit one in the nation a year give or take we are generally fans of the locations this cracker barrel was nothing special when it came to service honestly I think the ones down south have more attentive services we asked for the special orange butter twice during our meal and never received it but Andrew still charged us for it, after my wife pointed it out they took it off our bill but then still offered the butter to go for free. I guess if I'm craving cracker barrel I have to go back to NC, and I don't really want to go back to NC. The food was up to par with other ones at least.

I always enjoy having food at Cracker Barrel. The atmosphere is so good, the food is delicious and the price is right. Service is always outstanding! Besides, I find it interesting looking at the old pictures and rustic decorative style on the walls. The gift shop is amazing!!!

I know that this is a ubiquitous staple along the interstate system, but this location is hands down worth every star i can through at it. They had great service, the food was prepared speedily, and it had a lot of flavor to it. As I was going down the highway, this was the best option that seemed to come along. I am really glad that I stopped here. I left with a full belly, and the want to return to try other offerings.

First experience tasting this restaurant. Atmosphere of the store and restaurant was good. Food was delicious and inexpensive. Service was friendly and quick. Have finally found a much better pit stop for road trips. Was surprised that they even sell Moxie cola and Australian Bundaberg Ginger beer. On our way back to NY we had to stop by again to this place.
