Two stars is generous and that is only because they got our drinks right. Let me start this off with the fact that I worked at a Starbucks and was taught about the mobile ordering system and how to order “rushes.” We went to this starbucks twice this past weekend; the first time we went there was one car ahead of us. We mobile ordered approximately 7 minutes before arriving. We got to the speaker and one of the girls working there had the most nasty tone told us “can you place your mobile order 5-10 minutes before arriving? It’s very inconvenient otherwise” once again, there was one car ahead of us and there were three people working inside. In the time it took for them to make the drink for the person ahead of us, it had been 15 minutes since we placed the mobile order, thus giving them more than enough time. Although I did it within the 5-10 minute window, I chocked it up to the girl having a bad day. We go again today - I am sure to place my mobile order ten minutes ahead of time. When we arrive, it is more busy so we decide to go inside to grab our drinks since the drive thru would be much longer. Once again, we were met with attitude and the barista told us that “you only placed your mobile order 10 minutes ago. You have to wait 20 more minutes - we’re busy” it would’ve been faster for us to go through the drive through at that point because we did end up having to wait the full 20 extra minutes while the cars were getting through the drive thru in 10 minutes. Read moreI go to this particular Starbucks almost every day before work and the staff is always so friendly and I never have an issue with my order. Today, I was out running errands with my sick 3 year old and it was 5:30pm and I desperately needed a pick me up. When we got to the counter the woman at the register was so friendly and asked my daughter if she would like a drink too. My daughter asked for chocolate milk (her favorite) and I told the woman my daughter couldn’t have regular milk and politely declined. This woman was AMAZING and offered to make my daughter a kid sized hot chocolate with almond milk! I had no idea that they could offer such a thing! My daughter loved it too!! I am beyond impressed with this place and they even gave me the hot cocoa for free! 10 out of 10 recommend this place to everyone! Thank you for making a tired mom’s life just a little bit...
Read moreThe customer service I experienced at this location was horrific. I went to the drive thru because I had my dog in the car. Somehow (by accident) I missed the ordering speaker and arrived at the window. At this point the staff told me he could not take my order (for one cup off coffee) and I must drive around and get back in line so I could place my order to the human less speaker box. When I asked for the manager, she said the same thing and refused to sell me a cup of coffee unless I drove around and gave my order to the speaker box instead of the human being. Neither one of the staff could figure out how to sell me a cup of coffee unless I gave my order to the speaker. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
