Dunkin' — Restaurant in Town of East Fishkill

Everytime I go to this dunkin the workers are frantic; No proper management on site. Regardless of what I order it takes a minimum of 10-15 minutes in restaurant to receive ANYTHING. Waited on a worker to acknowledge my presence after ordering for an additional 10 minutes, just to receive a donut that they are supposed to hand out after the transaction. Upon ordering in the drive thru, since that seems to be the only thing they care about, a worker came to ask me to pay, after I had already payed for my order to which he forgot about me sitting in the window for no lie, another 10 minutes.. To proceed to hand me a BURNT wakeup wrap, which isn’t out of the ordinary for them. Never when I come in is it a good experience, and I leave way more frustrated than If I would’ve never came in at all. Normally they are really good, but lately they have been messing up my order. Twice I asked for an iced CARAMEL latte, but there was no caramel either time. And today, I ordered an egg and cheese, and I got bacon on it when I didnt ask, nor do I eat pork, and because I couldn't pick all the bacon off, I was unable to finish my sandwich. I can understand the confusion with the sandwich, because I assume the cashier heard "an" and assumed I wanted bacon, but there was also no sticker on the bag with the food, so I did not know I got bacon (again, I did not ask for bacon, because I...

I would highly encourage you to not spend your money at this location. They can not keep up with the rushes that they receive on a daily basis, not enough workers, the coffee is almost ALWAYS brewed incorrectly making it have a very bitter nasty flavor and that’s hot or iced, the ice coffee is always watery and bitter and they just all around don’t have a very good staff team. Between the long waits and the horribly made food and beverages it’s just not a worthy location to waste...
