Paesan's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Town of East Greenbush

Do not come here if you have kids !!! Very dissapointed with what was once our favorite pizzeria. My husband and our 4 children ages 12, 10, 7 and 3 come here often our kids they are not perfect but we would NEVER allow our children to be Extremely Loud rude or obnoxious and we always correct them if they are being loud. We came in to eat as usual and once we walked in and the older man behind the counter saw us and he automatically let out a breath of almost like annoyance that we were there. My husband ordered and i went to sit with our kids if i would have known the man told my husband to tell our kids for them to be quiet while we were there i would have never stayed and would have walked out. My husband in return asked if this was a library? And he replyed with we get alot of phonecalls and dont need noise. Thank god he didnt say this to me !!! My husband had to wait to tell me after we left knowing i would have said something again my kids are FAR from being so loud to be told something like that to make a long story short we never spend under $40 each time we come and thats pretty often i will no longer give my business to these ppl or recommend anyone to people who make us feel like we did something wrong !! Sadly my family has been having to stay at a hotel while construction gets done with our home so we have been ordering out a lot. Tonight we had a large order that included a chicken salad when I went to put the oil and vinegar on it tasted like oil I called to get vinegar sent over. Instead of what I asked for they sent the mix of oil and vinegar that is not mixed right before poring so it tasted like oil. I sent it back again I called to see if another dressing could be sent the woman over the phone said they did not have time to send over a different kind bc I did not like the way they made it. I told her she was speaking rudely and if they can’t can I get a refund for the salad I could not eat. She would not so I asked for the owner so I can tell him the mix they are making taste like oil. She said he was on vacation till after the holiday to call back then. In the picture is the lasagna we ordered. It looks horrible and was not worth the money we spent on it. I am so disappointed in the customer service and the way this woman spoke to me was not ok when I was talking normal and just trying to come to equal balance for both of us. I love their pizza, it's the best in the area, and most consistent. However, they don't deliver to my house which is a bummer and when I first discovered this, they offered to meet me at Stewart's on rt 4, which would be somewhat a halfway point between my house and their location. Unfortunately, after they agreed to do this, they've always declined when I've asked them to. I don't think they arr obligated to meet me, I just find it frustrating that they agreed to do it, then don't follow through. It would have been better if they'd just said "no, sorry. We can't do that." Also, they're a bit pricy. Their pizza is extremely thin and not very filling, so you have to have at least 2-3 slices per person, which adds up quickly.
