I ordered a sheet pizza half pepperoni and half hot peppers. I was scared Bc of low reviews but I was desperate to feed my daughter and her friends. I was very happy. Its a doughy pizza with “cup and burn”pepperoni. Everyone liked it. I will order from them from now on. Also the person on the phone was very pleasant and didn’t act like I was annoying them by ordering. The delivery guy was nice and polite. All around pleasant experience.

We ordered take out. I was happy to find out they offered fish fry 7 days a week. I loved my fish- it was super crispy on the outside, and thick, bright white on the inside. It tasted amazing! My husband got their julienne salad and said it was very good. Unfortunately, my sister’s family shared a pizza and they were not fans of it. They said it tasted like frozen. But my Aunt and cousins order their pizza all the time and love it.

I can't believe I paid $11 for this badly burnt dried out pizza sub. The roll is smaller than other restaurants that offer subs. It had barely any mozzarella on it. The sauce tasted burnt as well. They put things I didn't want on the other sub we bought. I have to ask the owner, would you eat this? We won't be coming back and I will be telling others about our experience. Social media will definitely get the word out.

Sadly I cannot comment on the food as it never made it to me...only the service. Placed an order at 9:11PM 8/26/2014 for delivery to the camp ground. Ordered a large pep and shroom. Asked if I could get ranch on the side, was told no. Yet the menu has salads with ranch? I said I would also like a salad... he never asked which dressing I would like. Then I was hung up on before I could mention which camp slot I was at. 10:06PM I called and asked the status...No order was ever placed!?!?! Maybe I called Buffalo location? It's a cell phone it shows call history. So I was told the order will be put in right away and the salad will be on the house. This made me happy, as it was an effort to help ease a customers pain. 10:39PM I get a phone call from the driver (7X6) XXX-0X11, asking if I can meet him at the entrance of the park...My SUV is still hitched up to my camper, I'm only one beer deep, and at this point my entire family is sleeping. Shame on me for being dumb enough to actually unhitch, and start driving around the camp ground looking for a delivery guy...WTF if I wanted pick up I would have just drove the 1.9 miles up the road two hours ago. 10:54PM I texted the driver and said "Just head back to the shop." I'm a grown man and can go to bed without dinner...but I'm more pissed that my wife and 2.5 year old son went to bed...

Read the edit: (Can I just say, I love Pat's! Best pizza in the area! I hate sweet sauce on pizza, they don't use sweet sauce. I like extra crispy wings and hate asking and getting soggy wings anyway, never happens here! Guys, if you haven't tried Pat's yet, give them a try! Seriously! I can't say I've never had bad food here, but I can say that management apologized, and it felt sincere; then they have me credit towards my next order. I absolutely love this place and the employees attitudes and friendliness.) Edit: 11/4/23 I've never seen "thin crust" offered, by we got 2 2 slice specials with crust so thin it was almost non existent. The replacement slices were just a hair thicker, at least thick enough to kind of pick them up. So when you prep dough too far in advance, and it sits out to long, it won't rise in the oven. Surprise... Some people know this, some people have worked in food before. And I very highly didn't appreciate the cook coming out and starting me down when I came to pick up the replacement. I am so disappointed in my favorite pizza place... Guess I can drive to Eden or Hamburg if I want pizza, and if I want subs, there's...

Seriously 2 stars is too much. I stopped ordering from Pat's a year ago, maybe once or twice when Maria's was closed But last night because it was Sunday and I wanted pizza I gave Pat's another chance because something is always messed up, and what happened lol they have me ten wings instead of ten chicken dinners. I really wouldn't even care at all if it was just for me but all of us wanted chicken dinners and I had to wait over an hour for the pizza then I had to wait again for the fingers lol all I could do was laugh about how stupid I was for trying to give them another chance. When the pizzaria was down by the beach, that's when it was good. Now it's like they use the cheapest cheese, old dough and put no love into making it anymore. We even found an iPhone in the parking lot of Pats by the beach years ago and I brought it into Pat's to see if someone lost it and it happen to be the owners. He was so rude to me, didn't say thank you or anything. He grabbed it and walked away. I was like ok then your...
