I returned to Dario’s Pizza because I previously enjoyed their pizza—and once again, the pizza was good. However, the experience this time was unfortunately overshadowed by subpar wings and disappointing customer service. The most concerning part came after I called to address an issue with the celery that accompanied my order. The celery sticks were discolored and partially soggy, prompting me to reach out for clarification or a resolution. Instead of a courteous conversation, I was met with a surprisingly hostile response from the owner himself—though he did not initially identify himself. When I asked who I was speaking with, he abruptly stated, “I AM THE OWNER,” and proceeded to argue rather than assist. He dismissed my concerns with comments like, “You must have never picked up celery from the store before,” and sarcastically offered to “buy [me] a whole stock of celery.” I was genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to engage respectfully. The conversation ended with him hanging up on me after continuing to insist that I was being unreasonable. While the food has its merits, the way this situation was handled makes it difficult for me to recommend Dario’s. A respectful approach to customer feedback—no matter how small the issue—goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was lacking here.

Their pizza isn't just great, the humans that run the place have shown me unbridled kindness at a time I was seeking a safe place one superbowl Sunday, more than just a meal. I could have been considered suspicious or any number of quick or skeptical judgements in my state, but they will forever be remembered in my book as angels amongst men for their open hearts and charitable generosity. I hope they know what their kindness meant to me, and hope to be able to thank them again in person someday. <3. -The bamboozled put out girl with the "potato" car in shambles, far from "home", with a Superman onesie, who rolled in loopy from sleep deprivation one morning, after simply popping in to check her makeup the night before. 10/10 food review on my order of Large pizza with mushrooms, olives, and pepperoni 12/10 service review for above and beyond customer service, human decency, and being a safe place for women 10/10 review for parking and accessibility

This was an epic suprise. Stopped here late Sunday driving home. Asked for the best sandwich they could make. The assorted meat sub they put together with jalapenos, hot banana peppers, cheese and italian dressing. So delicious. The calzone (meatball, cherry pepper, ricotta and mozzarella with onions and mushrooms) was also spot on. Totally stopping here again. They mostly do per order (not many preset choices) so I could see this being a hit and miss depending on what you pick.

I stopped in to grab a couple slices for lunch . I walked in and noticed debris all over the place . The floors are filthy, the prep stations are filthy . I noticed a sign that’s posted across from the ovens on the customers side of the counter .. It asked for customers not lean over the counter where the food prep stations are . Not for sanitary reasons but for customers to keep their opinions to them selves about making the food . AND I COMPLETELY AGREED TO THAT SIGN . so I waited for a brief minute and an older fella came out to help me , I asked for a couple of pepperoni slices that were fresh and as looked to the right of the ovens I seen a complete pie that looked as if it came out of a frat house refrigerator. I asked the man if he had and fresh slices other than that pie , he said it was cooked a 1/2 hour ago . IT WAS 12:30 in the afternoon during a work week . I told him I would pass!!!!! . If their pizza sits around that long at lunch time I’m grateful I didn’t eat there . This establishment is far from clean and is disgusting. I would rather eat marks pizza . I wouldn’t recommend the food from this place to a hobo that lives under the bridges on 490 and 104 in...

I hate giving a bad review. I understand this is someone’s livelihood. I have given this place multiple chances. They messed up my order on 4 straight deliveries by either leaving off toppings on my pizza or leaving off chicken wings on those orders. On the order that they left the wings off, I called the store back and spoke to the owner who apologized profusely. He asked me to give them another chance and said the next time I ordered to ask for him and they would give me a great deal to try and make it right. I called that order in tonight and I was given $6 off a $30 large pizza and wing order. In my opinion, I was expecting a much bigger olive branch. I was told to give them 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. An hour and 15 minutes later I called the pizza shop about my missing order and they said it would be there soon. My pizza and wings showed up one hour and 45 minutes after I ordered it and stone cold at 7:15pm. My kids were beyond hungry and I was super disappointed once again. I love their food but the service is awful. I will not order...
