Francos Pizza — Restaurant in Town of German Flatts

Have always loved Franco's but lately the service has been horrible and the food is going down hill as well. The last 5 times I've gone something has been wrong. Last night I was very sick with the flu that being said I could not cook for my family at 410pm I ordered two cold subs and one order of chicken Riggies I was told 25 mins knowing that the service is slow I waited till 445 to pick it up I sent my boyfriend in to pick it up while I waited in the car not feeling the greatest firguring we are late there should be no wait I was wrong he sat there till 10 mins waiting for the food. At this point with this place it wasn't a surprise. My family sat down to eat while I rested on the couch. While they were eating I hear ewwwww I'm like now what. My boyfriend had just pulled a big long hair out from his sub. Yup to say the least everyone was completely grossed out. I'm done going to this place after this experience. Party of 10 at 6 pm Thursday May 31, 2018, 4 adults, 6 kids. When you walk in, there are a few tables to the left but the restaurant was largely open space. It has a retro 50s look inside with red and white checkers and vinyl 33 rpm records on the wall. An old CD juke box ate our quarters and never played the music we wanted to hear, . We ordered 2 large pizzas and two 2 liter bottles of soda. Pizzas took a little longer than expected. Initially the pies looked like just cheese but the pepperoni is under the cheese. The pizzas were piping hot.

I ordered at 11:30 ish for a 12:30 pick up. Got there a few minutes before and had to wait 25 minutes. Pretty sure they forgot my order until I paid. When I finally got it went to put it in the car. Took wings off the pizza so I didn’t have them fall off the box and one of the wings boxes was hot the other felt cold. Got home and sure enough one of the wings were barely warm! Very disappointed. Pizza was good and hot but again waiting so long. Will say a man (worker/owner?)came in and was asking everyone there if they were set and did apologized but, come on. Last time waited 15 minutes.
