Have always loved Franco's but lately the service has been horrible and the food is going down hill as well. The last 5 times I've gone something has been wrong. Last night I was very sick with the flu that being said I could not cook for my family at 410pm I ordered two cold subs and one order of chicken Riggies I was told 25 mins knowing that the service is slow I waited till 445 to pick it up I sent my boyfriend in to pick it up while I waited in the car not feeling the greatest firguring we are late there should be no wait I was wrong he sat there till 10 mins waiting for the food. At this point with this place it wasn't a surprise. My family sat down to eat while I rested on the couch. While they were eating I hear ewwwww I'm like now what. My boyfriend had just pulled a big long hair out from his sub. Yup to say the least everyone was completely grossed out. I'm done going to this place after this experience. Sorry Franco's you lost a customer last night.
